Maia was out again alone despite multiple warnings and lecture from various sources. She was just so use to going out her own it had beome second nature. It was going to be hard to break the habit.
Maia shivered slightly making here way through the park, her usual area for patrol and cursed mentally at having forgotten her hoodie. She was freezing, but thanked her star her fuku was sensible, nothing to uncovered so she would totally freeze.
She tried to walk as lightly as possible to avoid crunching the compacted snow too much, but it was a hard endeavor and preety much useless.
Maia sighed lightly making her way further from the park path and away from the possibility of being spotted be a stray civilian. There reaction to seeing a terrorist, were usually bad, and often involved shouting, the police, and fleeing.

Sass had been about the clubs as per usual and you could tell! The girl had obviously been drinking on the job again, not because she was drunk but tipsy for sure! The girl was obviously had more confidence then usual and well lets face it, she also had a guy holding her against a wall down a small alley. She of course never drank too much but sometimes you had to drink with a guy to get him to go outside with you.
She was letting him kiss her neck, which was fine by her, he could do what he wanted. She had started to drain his energy. It was easy enough, concentrating on him meant she could pull his energy from him and it didn't take too long for the ball of energy to leave him and his body to fall to the floor. She held the ball in her hand and moved away from the body.
"Honestly... you should watch who you flirt with." She looked down at him and laughed. He would come round soon enough and probably really cold in this snow. Oh well.

Maia headed out of the park sensing nothing in the area and wishing to be away from the open area and ridiculous breezes. When she reached the parks edge she crossed the street heading for an open alleyway off to the side of a few building. She made certain there were no cars about and quickly made her way into the darkness of the alleyway.
After a few moments she saw something which made her blush furiously and turn away until she head the thump of a body hitting the ground and the girl, or at least it sounded like a girl scolding the unconscious man.
Maia moved forward silently and frowned at the little ball of ... she wasn't sure what in the girl's hand. Maia shook her head and braced herself before calling out, "If you've taken his starseed. Then I suggest you put it back."

The sound of someone made Sass roll her eyes, she tucked the small energy ball somewhere in her clothes though she made sure her back was to whoever had spoken so that they couldn't aim for where she had hidden it. She knew it had to be a senshi, after all she had mentioned starseeds.
Sass eventually turned around, now with a bow and arrow in her hands. It didn't take long to summon a weapon and she just stood there, her legs slightly apart, her bow all ready with the arrow in place.
"You need to get with the times senshi. Starseeds are a thing of the past." She smirked and held the bow up pointing it straight towards the senshi. She couldn't be bothered with the whole talking thing. Senshi annoyed her more then anything else these days and she would happily see the back of every single one of them.
"You going to just stand there?" With that she released the arrow shooting it straight towards the senshi's shoulder. She liked shoulders it means they were in pain for longer.

Maia watched as the other girl tucked watch she amused to be a starseed away before turning back with something else in hand.
Maia was momentarily distracted by the other girls statement and raised a brow to her. What did she mean by starseeds were a thing of the past and more so if that was the case then ... what did she take?
The voice brought her back to the present only to see the thing the girl held had been a bow and arrow, which was about to be launched at her.
She spun avoiding a shot to the shoulder. The arrow sliced open her sleeve missing her flesh and landed in the snow behind her.
Fear sat in when Maia realized that if she stood still to attack magically she was as good as dead. She would have to fight phyiscally, without the aid of her attack to slow the other first. She didn't do it often and was worried she wouldn't be able to get close enough with arrows flying at her.
Frowning she attempted to make her way closer to the girl, running and leaping sporactically from side to side.

Sass rolled her eyes as the senshi managed to get out the way. That hadn't happened to her before. She turned to look at the guy she had dumped wondering how long it took for them to come around. The person was alive, what the hell did this senshi want? Sass did not have the time for this.
However she was quick as well and the senshi didn't seem to be anything special. She shot some more arrows at the moving senshi, she didn't bother moving because if the senshi hit her this close to the boy then she would more then possibly hurt the boy as well. Sass wasn't stupid, if these senshi cared about these mere mortals she wouldn't get too close.
In fact just to make sure, Sass picked the boy up. She was thankful for the strength she had it meant picking the boy up was easy enough and so she lent the body on her before shooting some more arrows towards the senshi. She got the feeling this could be rather repetitive!

Maia frowned trying desperately to continue dodging the multiply arrow that were shot at her, but one left a rather nasty gash in her side and the another whizzed right over her head taking her bow off in the process. She glared at the girl only to noticed she had picked up the boy from before and now appeared to be using him as she shield.
Maia frowned, wondering what the girl was thinking. She couldn't hit the girl with a human shield, but really that did not mean she couldn't attack her. She looked slightly annoyed at the girls train of thought and decided unfortunately it would best serve her to make the other drop her shield, even if that would mean she would be subject to more flying arrows soon.
She gave a small laugh amusement shining in her eyes, even as she shouted, "Put him down this instant."
She stood up tall and called out, "Sweet Harmony." As always the music filled her and she sang the beautiful notes that powered her attack. She watched as the lovely translucent rainbow colored notes appeared in the air and rushed forward to surround the girl.
The couldn't hurt her, nor the boy, but that wasn't what Maia wanted anyway.

Sass just laughed as she was told to put the guy down and then the senshi decided her attack was gonna happen. Sass had already rearranged the guy so he was easier to hold so when the attack hit her and she slowly started to feel a little sluggish she ended up crouching on the ground, the guy still on top of her and still creating a rather good shield.
"Bloody senshi." Sass basically snarled, she was use to feeling tired and stuff but it was her body that was being a pain now and it took all her will to make sure she didn't decide to calm down enough to not be paying attention. She held the boy close though she could feel him starting to waken.
"Bloody kids." She didn't let go of him though. She would make sure that it looked like this senshi was a bad guy and then this guy would know when he fully awoke just how evil senshi were. Oh yes Sass could come up with plans even when feeling sluggish. It seemed the effects were temporary that or she was getting through them with her planning as she started to feel herself again, though not as quickly as she may have hoped but it seemed this senshi's attack were only to slow temporarily and in that minute, the boy had properly started to come round.
This was going to be fun.

Maia frowned not at all liking the effect her attack was having on this girl. It was terribly awkward to see her have as much control as she did while under the little calming 'spell', but not entirely unexpected.
She could see she would have a hard time actually attacking the girl due to her human body guard, but at least the minute would allow her to get behind the girl, so she ran forward straight toward the other and then much akin to a ballerina lept right over them, landing behind the pair and spinning around.
She grinned for a moment feeling a bit proud of the dainty leap before pulling her mind back to the task at hand trying to free the boy from the other. And what more it seemed he might wake up which confused Maia. Did that mean she hadn't taken his starseed?!?

The boy was starting to wake up and so Sass took the moment to her advantage and started whispering in the boys ear. She explained to him what she had done but instead it was the senshi in front of them. It seemed as the senshi moved the boy awoke and the fear in his eyes seemed directed at the senshi rather then the captain next to him.
"It's okay, I won't let her hurt you anymore, just run, she won't get you, I won't let her." The boy could hardly run but as he seemed to come round more he did move and he moved as quickly as his sleepy legs would carry him, which wasn't maybe as far as he wanted. However he wasn't a worry now. Sass was recovering and stood up with her bow and arrows poised at the senshi.
"Looks like you senshi just attacked another innocent human..." She then shot some more arrows. It seemed that the attack didn't last all that long which she was grateful for, if it had lasted much longer she was sure she would have wanted to curl up and sleep! However today was not a day for sleeping.
"Want to die little senshi?" Sass was feeling her strength returning now, stupid senshi tricks. She then let the arrows fly.

Maia's eyes went wide at the other's words ... wait what ... she wasn't going to hurt him. The devil woman, oh she was going to pay for that. Maia would never hurt a civilian, it was bad enough she had to kick negabutt all the time.
She did not have time to dwell on it however as more arrow were shot at her causing her to spin and weave around. Then the other was asking if she wanted to die and more arrows were shot at her. Maia spun to avoid them, but managed a be grazed by a arrow on her left arm and ...
Her eyes went wide as an arrow firmly logged itself through the skin on the side of her abdomen, the arrowhead sticking out toward the back and the end sticking out the front. She gave a shot of pain and staggered looking wide-eyed at the arrow. She was shocked to see such a think sticking out of her, she could even be thankfully that it seemed to be just under her skin, not that it matter, it bleed anyway and it hurt.

Sass smirked as she saw the arrow firmly lodge itself in the senshi's stomach.
"Does it hurt little girl?" She smirked and held her bow up again the arrow pointing at the senshi, straight at the same area the other arrow had hit. She was aware the arrow wasn't in enough to kill her but another one might finish her off.
"Enjoy..." She let it go and watched as the arrow flied towards the senshi, she laughed the whole time rather enjoying the scene. Die senshi die... it would make her day.

Maia mind reeled at the stupid question, even through the pain her conscience shouted that of course it hurt and how very idiotic the negaversers question was. She had fallen to her knee gasping, trying to bare the pain, but she was failing miserable not only that the crazy arrow flinging girl was loading up another.
Enjoy ... Maia looked up wide eyes and flung herself wildly away from the on coming arrow. This girl really wanted to end Maia, to take her out of this world and probably dance on her grave.
The arrow missed its target, but sliced the side of her breast, tearing through the skin and freeing another stream of blood to stain her fuku. She wanted to cry from the pain, but more so she wished to have said goodbye to her family as it seemed unless some miracle occurred Maia was going to die in the alley very soon, attempting as she now was to scramble away from the crazed negaverser.

It would have seemed like a quiet night if it wasn't for this scuffle between Senshi and Negaverse Captain. However, for a moment, it seemed as if a barely audible sound was touching the air. It was just enough to tease the ears to wondering if they were hearing imaginary things. Yet, this teasing sound grew louder and more noticeable as the two opponents seemed to face off.
There was no doubt that Maia's miracle had a jingling bell about her neck.
From where Maia had sunk down to her knees, the girl's blue-green eyes would be able to see a pair of hands with white cuffs sneaking around from behind the redheaded captain. Rather quickly, the fingers knit themselves together in front of the golden hazel brown eyes. In an ever pleasant and familiar voice, the silver haired girl asked in a sing-song tone "Guess who?" Carefully she peered over the Captain's shoulder by standing on her bare tip toes. The girl behind the captain had strangely familiar green eyes...

Sassolite had given up shooting arrows, she picked one and held it in her hand, walking towards the senshi. This one would lodge it's self in her chest and kill the senshi easy enough. Sass could already feel he glory of killing a senshi until her eyes were suddenly covered a voice spoke in her ears.
She turned suddenly, the arrow in hand hoping to thrust it in that bloody ******** off kitty this isn't your battle..." She called as she spun round, wanting to put that cat down once and for all. She really was becoming a right pain and Sass couldn't wait to make a nice hat out of her fur. The senshi was very much forgotten.
