Ghasia was jogging from one tree, to another, and back to the first tree, for no real reason other than it allowed her to keep moving and entertained. She could have searched out other entertainment, she knew, but she didn't feel like seeking rogue company, and her brother was likely busy somewhere, and she didn't feel quite comfortable enough to seek out her new family to specifically talk to them. Not that she didn't like them, but she just hadn't quite gotten used to the sudden extended nature of her family.

She sighed a little, slowing down, until she flopped down beneath the shade of one of the trees, her slender form ungracefully sprawled. The youthful cheetah was tired and the movement no longer entertained her. What a pity, she thought, and shifted, trying to find a comfortable spot on the ground. Perhaps she could nap or something until Mauja was free.

Qinisela peeked out from one of the trees, his green eyes widened in shock. He was hoping and praying to the gods that it wasn't stupid Jumaane here, ready to give the cheeton a scolding for something dumb he did the past few days. He scanned the whole area at least five times, relieved that he didn't see anything bright red that was flapping all over the place.

He let out a loud sigh of relief, lying back down on the cool ground, thinking that he should catch some shut-eye. But then again, that would be wasting his whole day away. Napping or an adventure? Which one would be more worthwhile?

Ghasia felt bored. She was restless, and bored. Not a good mix. Normally, she would just go walking, since that's what she'd always done, but she felt bad about up and leaving Mauja and his family. She wanted to get to know her brother again, and his family. She had to stay here...at least for a little while longer, she reasoned.

"But why does everything have to be so boring?" She wondered out loud, flopping down on the dirt and stretching out. Bah. She needed something entertaining. Perhaps she'd hunt, but Ghasia didn't enjoy killing things. It was a necessity, sure, but it wasn't like she'd do it for fun. Maybe run? But she could only do that for a short time, and then she'd be back to being bored agian.

Qinisela heard an unfamiliar voice, and perked up again, peering around. He noticed an elder cheetah, and stared at her for a moment, realizing she seemed familiar. Kind of.

"Because it just is." he called back without thinking. Just as soon as it had come out of his mouth, Qinisela ducked under again, cursing himself for his smart mouth. Maybe if he just ran away as fast as he could, she would never notice.

Ghasia glanced up as a voice spoke, peering up and around to try to spot where the voice had come from. "I'm glad someone else agrees," she remarked, after finding no one to place the voice too. It sounded young though, though perhaps they merely had a youthful voice.

"Why not come out?" She suggested, giving a warm smile in hopes the other would see it and realise she was quite harmless. "We could talk, or play a game - and chase away the boredom". Oooh, like hide-and-seek, she thought fondly, remembering chasing her brother around the savannah when she was younger.
