Or maybe that's a highlander?
Anyway. I'll be going to Sweden right in the middle of January(!). And not just Sweden, but a total wild high Swedish mountains. A 100 km away from the nearest airport (of course away means more deep into the mountains) and from an airport which accomodates only two scheduled flights each day.

Do you have to pay anything for getting a passport?

Have fun kas. biggrin Just a warning, there's almost as much snow in Sweden as there is here in Finland. People are panicking and traffic isn't moving etc. Where abouts Sweden are you going? Up North?

Mana: I'm going to the middle of the mountains, almost at the Norwegian border. I'll be leaving home at like 6 am or so and will arrive at the destination place at like 10 pm. eek
Though snow is not scaring to me. We have plenty of that in Poland too wink . At least this month.
Oh... and yesterday we had ice on roads. It was really 'fun' to drive. Snow was melting down for the past two days and in the evening it got below zero again...

Yeah I bet most of Europe has a buttload of snow. Well for you it doesn't seem to be long lasting, if it's already melting... for us they've forecasted that it will get horribly cold first (end of this week) and then that it will snow even more (upcoming weekend)! gonk We already have almost 70cm of snow, we don't need any more of it, kthxplz.
I guess what your roads are covered in is black ice, which is snow/ice that's melted and then frozen again on the roads so you can't really see it. That's really dangerous so be careful driving. 4laugh

Glad somebody else is getting too much snow too. If I'd wanted winters like this I'd have moved to Antarctica.

I was wondering the same. There's nothing like that in the regular forums.
