	Kodo Teal looked out across the horizon and saw them. Miles and miles of green, with evil red eyes glowing in the evening light. Barton Town was under attack. "I've got to do something." She muttered, pulling on her shoulder armor. "Do what?" Asked Rufus, from behind her boot. But, he already knew. Already teams of warriors were heading out. They knew they had to protect Barton Town. "Save your furry little rump." She winked down at him. "I'll bring some Grunny pelts back for you to sleep on." "Oh come on, I'd rather have the meat!" Kodo giggled and headed out. People were rushing past her, eager to fight for their Gaian land. She followed after, her sword drawn and ready. She ran up to the first Grunny that approached her and swung her sword low, catching the ground underneath it. The Grunny felt this and pushed his back legs against the ground and jumped toward her. "AH!" She dodged to the right and the Grunny flew over her shoulder. "Darnit!" Kodo turned around and saw everyone fighting off the Grunnies. A little bit of fear gripped her, but she swallowed it down and swung her sword high to fight again. Enemy: Grunnies AC: 10 HP: 40 Rolled AC: 4 Rolled damage: 8 Attack unsuccessful. 	"Watch out!" Someone warned Kodo, and she turned, seeing the same Grunny launch itself at her. "Ekh!" She swung her sword quickly, and the Grunny was hit. It fell to the ground, but it got back up just as fast. "Dammit!" Kodo swore as she prepared to strike it again. Enemy: Grunnies AC: 10 HP: 20 Rolled AC: 18 Rolled damage: 20 Attack successful. Remaining enemy HP: 20 Remaining daily attacks: 0

	Kodo swung her sword, but the Grunny managed to dodge her again. That damn thing had agility! "Die already!!" 	The Grunny stared at her with wide, red, shiny eyes. Was it.. crying? Kodo paused and blinked at it a second, wondering what was wrong. "G-Grunny?" She asked, reaching out to touch it's nose. "Raw!" It jumped and bit her finger. "OW!!" Kodo flung the Grunny from her hand, and it landed on the ground with a thump. "You evil little b*****d!" The Grunny slowly stood and shook it's head. It wasn't dead yet, and Kodo had a feeling that these guys were going to be a lot more work than she expected. Enemy: Grunnies AC: 10 HP: 20 Rolled AC: 10 Rolled damage: 2 Attack successful. 	The Grunny stood on it's hind legs and exposed its furry underside. It looked really soft, and.. vulnerable. Kodo smirked as she arched her sword high and took a quick swing at the Grunny, but that was what the Grunny was expecting her to do. It flipped backward like a cheap wind-up plastic toy, landing safely on it's paws. It dodged her blow, yet again! "OH MY GOD!!" Kodo exclaimed loudly. "DIE ALREADY, YOU EVIL GREEN FUZZ!!" Enemy: Grunnies AC: 10 HP: 18 Rolled AC: 7 Rolled damage: 20 Attack unsuccessful. Remaining enemy HP: 18 Remaining daily attacks: 1

	The Grunny seemed to mock her. It WAS mocking her! Kodo growled under her breath and gripped her sword tightly. Her face was turning red from frustration. She took a quick swing, and the Grunny jumped, again. Smirking, Kodo brought her sword up between the Grunny's limbs and flung him over her head, and down into the ground on her other side. The Grunny flinched and wobbled to stand up. It lived! "Please. Dieeee." Kodo weeped into her arm. This was pathetic! Enemy: Grunnies AC: 10 HP: 18 Rolled AC: 15 Rolled damage: 3 Attack successful. 	"Alright, Mr. Grunny. I'm ready for you now!" Kodo gripped her sword tightly, Already swinging at it's head. But the Grunny jumped, and ran between her legs. "OH, WHAT THE HECK!" She bent down and looked at it between her legs. It seemed to stick it's tongue out at her before jumping up again, and unto her back. "AH!! Get it off, get it off!!" Kodo shrieked. 	The Grunny bit into her neck, the only exposed place on her back. "OW!!" Kodo screeched. What the heck was up with this stupid Grunny?! Why wouldn't it stay still long enough for her to kill it! Kodo reached for the Grunny, but it nipped her finger and jumped down. It seemed like it was having a lot of fun, despite her best efforts to kill the damn thing. 	The Grunny jumped and twisted as it landed back in front of Kodo, a murderous gleam in it's eyes. Then, a sound seemed to scare it, as it jumped again. It glanced around, then jumped forward, running between Kodo's legs. She saw this as an opportunity to stab it- she brought the tip of her sword down quickly, but it barely snagged the Grunny's fur. She turned slowly and saw that the Grunny had found a nice patch of grass to nibble on. "Now's not exactly the best time to eat, you stupid Grunny!" Kodo shouted in frustration. 	The Grunny just sat and chewed, eating away, while Kodo was stamping her foot. This was completely ridiculous! She couldn't even kill a stupid Grunny! She really hoped this wouldn't disqualify her from the Modmas Guild. After all, she had signed up to save them! Damn that Gambino and his stupid ideas! At least send minions out that are easy to kill, dammit! Kodo seethed and walked over to the Grunny. "Time to die." Her voice was laced with malice. She was ready to kill every single Grunny if it meant releasing this frustration. She raised her sword high and brought it down quickly, closing her eyes tight as the sword struck the ground. But that's all it struck. Was ground. Kodo opened one eye, then the other. The Grunny had moved over a few inches to get to more grass as soon as her eyes had closed. "OH WHAT THE GAMBINO." She screamed at the top of her lungs. Enemy: Grunnies AC: 10 HP: 15 Rolled AC: 5 Rolled damage: 8 Attack unsuccessful. Remaining enemy HP: 15 Remaining daily attacks: 0

	The Grunny looked up at her shouting mid-chew and tilted it's head, as though puzzled. "Oh, don't look at me like that, you evil little monster!" Kodo shouted in frustration swung her sword, bashing the Grunny into the patch of grass it was eating. "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!" She laughed menacingly. 	The Grunny had no time to react, and after her sword was lifted it laid dizzily on the ground. It stood slowly and shifted back and forth, clearly not sure what was going on. "Oh no you don't!" Kodo bent down and grabbed the Grunny by the neck and lifted it to her face. "You die. NOW." She sheathed her sword and pulled out a Bowie knife. She was going to cut it's head off, but saw it's underbelly and remembered earlier she had thought that that was it's "softspot". She ended it's life quickly. Enemy: Grunnies AC: 10 HP: 8 Rolled AC: 12 Rolled damage: 8 Attack successful. Remaining enemy HP: 0 Remaining daily attacks: 0 "Now then!" She said cheerily as she flung the Grunny corpse over her shoulder with a string. For Rufus, of course. "Where to next?" Kodo looked around her and saw that the rest of the Grunnies were already dead. "Uh.." What had she missed out on? Were other people really that much better than her? Hmp. Of course they were. She was flimsy with a sword, she was more healer than fighter! "Uhhhg." She slumped to the ground for a rest. It took her so long to kill one Grunny, and others were slaying two or three left and right! How pathetic. "SECOND ATTACK!!" Someone shouted from nearby. Kodo looked up and around quickly and saw what appeared to be zombie nurses slowly making their way to the fighters. And on the zombie's heads, what other than Grunnies. "Those are Labtechs, soldier! Aim to decapitate the heads!" "Sure.." She sighed and stood slowly. If this went anything like the fight with the Grunny had, she'd be doomed.

	Kodo stretched and readied her sword, ready to take on these things. They looked.. hungry. And they were muttering something, too. "More.. subjects.. more.. test.. subjects.." It sounded like, but way more muffled as thought their tongues were chewed through and they couldn't close their jaws enough to actually fully pronounce the words. "Well. No time like the present." She swung her sword around and ran up to the first Labtech, aiming for it's neck. The Grunny on it's head seemed to pull it aside, and Kodo's sword swung at empty air. "What?!" She swung quickly and stared at the evil Grunny on the Labtech's head. "Grr.." She growled under her breath. Enemy: Labtechs AC: 12 HP: 60 Rolled AC: 1 Rolled damage: 8 Attack unsuccessful. Remaining enemy HP: 60 Remaining daily attacks: 1

	She wouldn't let them get away this time. She turned a 360 and stabbed something. Yes! Her eyes focused and she saw she had stabbed the Labtech in the shoulder. Enough to take off it's arm, thankfully. "Test.. Subject..." It reached for her, and she screeched. "Eeep!" Kodo dodged and jumped back, ready to take another swipe at it. Enemy: Labtechs AC: 12 HP: 60 Rolled AC: 12 Rolled damage: 19 Attack successful. Remaining enemy HP: 41 Remaining daily attacks: 0
