Introduction
*Scene: In a small clearing within a dense forest, the cloak of night overhead the fabled champion rests against a tree trunk, his eyes unfocused and distant. Isthmus, Fable's psuedodragon companion, attempts to melt a boulder in the center of the clearing.* A warm glow emanates from Isthmus's cheeks, dragonsfire visibly swirling in preparation for a tremendous assault against a most stationary foe. "GrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrraaaAAHhhhhh!", ruby sparks bursts from his jaw, a wild animal off it's leash. "Hmm..?", Fable blinks back to reality and turns his attention to the scene before him. Isthmus flashes a toothy, smug grin, "HAHA! Did you see that!? The whole forest has gone silent in awe of my incredible power, guess they've never seen a *real* dragon before, haha!""Umm.. right", Fable surveys the damage from a distance. The boulder seemed to be completely intact and no worse off than before other than a few black scorch marks, "Maybe now that you have *clearly* obliterated that boulder, you could light the pile of wood I asked you to an hour ago?"With a roll of his eyes Isthmus complies, "When I am full grown you are the first one I am going to eat.."A smile breaks Fables normally cool composure, then a light chuckle which escalates into uncontrollable laughter, "WAHahahahaha!", he laughs as he rolls back and forth in the grass."WHAT DO YOU FIND SO COMICAL HUMAN!?!?", Isthmus begins to dive at Fables head, but is swiped from the sky prematurely and wrapped in a thin but densely corded arm. "Shhh.. I heard something," Fable says in a hushed tone. "RAAAWWR!" A grunny leaps from the bushes threateningly (for a grunny) straight at the companions! Enemy: Grunnies  AC: 10 HP: 40 Rolled AC: 9 Rolled damage: 19
Attack unsuccessful!Remaining enemy HP: 40 Remaining daily attacks: 1 Fight The champion twists his body in an evasive manner dodging the grunny's straightforward attack and simultaneously releases Isthmus from his hold freeing his other hand for combat. The grunny pounces once again, this time Fable is ready, "Errahhh!", he punches with all of his might hoping to end this in one decisive blow, but all he hits is air, "Huh?!" Flying past him, the grunny scratches a line across his shoulder.
