In the spirit of the holidays, I want to give away some prizes and spread some good old fashioned holiday cheer.
There will be two contests: 1. Alternate Christmas Carol Lyrics & 2. Avatar Contest (Rules and Prizes posted below)
Deadlines: All entries should be posted in this thread no later than 11:00 pm PST on Tuesday, Dec. 21.
Judging: I'm thinking that it would be best to have a popular vote which would start on Wednesday, Dec. 22 and go until 11:00 p.m. on Dec. 24 with the results announced around midnight on Christmas Eve. (If there are more than five entries per contest, I will choose what I think are the best five or six before opening it up for voting.) Also, I am open to extending these deadlines if someone is willing to moderate the contest from the 25th to the 31st.)
General Rules: Please follow the Gaia ToS and don't be a Christmas grinch.
You may submit more than one entry per contest, but you may only win one prize per contest. (I don't mind mules entering, but please only one prize per contest per actual human behind the screen.)

Alternate Christmas Carol Lyrics"Jingles bells, Batman smells..." In the spirit of elementary school kids everywhere, I challenge you to come up with the best alternate Christmas carol lyrics you can think of. Entries should include: Lyrics for at least the chorus. Add as many verses as you wish. Please tell us which Christmas carol you are parodying. (If it is not a common holiday tune, please link us to a sample.) The lyrics should be your own! I wanna enter the avatar contest but I don't quite understand what I'm doing kinda of like...Christmas gone bad? So I have to make a avatar with Christmas colors but in a very bad situation? I really really want a Compass ^^" Well Tek Tek is not working so... crying Umm  Title "Merry Christmas" XD

Sorry if the rules for the avatar contest are a bit vague--I didn't want to box you guys in too much. But yes, it can be Christmas gone bad... or ironic, or humorous... you get the idea. (I'm open to pretty much anything beyond dressing your avatar up as santa, but the more creative you are the better your chances of winning.)
@Renkon: You don't need a title, but if you want to add one, go for it! 3nodding
