Though most teachers live alone, due to Pyry's inability to use most electronic devices, these two share an apartment.
Or at least, they did until Pyry moved in with his wife.
Presently, Sky Charbonneau has moved in and the two are engaged.
With a son on the way, the two move to prepare.
Hopefully, Adney's pet lizard will get along with the baby.

The door swung open, and one of the room's occupants entered carrying a large aquarium tank under his arm. He lugged the large object, dropping it carelessly on his bed. Letting out a deep breath, he lifted the lizard on his shoulder and let it loose on his bed. "Don't you dare go the bathroom on there." he threatened, turning to set up the aquarium on a low table in the corner. The bottom of the aquarium was covered in large rocks and various plants; the heating lamp he'd have to set up also stuck out of the top. Taking out what didn't belong, he placed the screen in place over the top of the tank. It took him twenty minutes, but he finally managed to figure out the heating lamp, and set that up as well. Turning back to his bed, the red haired man scooped up his new friend, removed the screen from the top of his new home, and gently set the lizard inside. Apollo looked up at his owner with disdain, then scampered about the tank to explore. When he finally settled upon a rock to warm himself, Adney set a low water dish within the cooler side, in case the little beast wanted to soak. Spraying his lizard with the bottle he'd been given at the store, he then moves back to lay on his bed. Finding no presents from the lizard, he flops backwards onto it to await his friend.

It wasn't an hour later that the blue haired man wandered in still looking a little flustered. Adney grins, unleashing a merciless round of teasing. Pyry seats himself on the white couch in the center area of the apartment, leaning his head back to stare at the ceiling. Eventually, the seer slipped from his bedroom into the main area to take a look at his friend. The redness in his cheeks had faded, and so decided to bring it up again. "So how was your date?" the man asks, grinning broadly.

"I made a fool of myself." the blue haired man explains, still not turning to look at his friend.

"Naturally. That's usually how dates go, Rye."

"Then I do not think I like dates."

"Oh, don't be that way. She likes you." grinning as his friend flushed again, Adney crosses his ankle atop the coffee table. Closing his eyes, he slumps down against the couch with the intent to take a nap. "She's pretty cute, too. But if you're her type, then I am definitely not." even if he was, he wouldn't steal a girl from his best friend. Nor would he date one that was cozying up so to the other man. It was nice, actually, to see him with a woman for once. He dozed off, leaving his friend alone to do what he wished. Pyry wandered around, spending a good half an hour staring at Adney's new lizard. He moved on to the kitchen, fought with the refrigerator door a moment, and eventually pulled out sushi from the day before. Sitting at the long, high table to eat, he looked up at the loud noise caused by the coffee table nearly flipping over. Standing in a hurry, he ignores the stool he had been sitting in as it tipped over, and practically appeared at his friend's side. He was having a vision, a violent one, and Pyry waited patiently for it to pass. Eventually the other man's eyes opened, the glazed look faded, and his eyes locked on his friend. "The girl.... something happened." he shakes his head, reaching up the rub his temples. "We need to go find her. She's hurt." slowly he opened his eyes, taking in the icy expression on his friend's face. The two stand, moving quickly to the door and out of their shared apartment. Pyry reluctantly followed his friend, having no idea where he was going.

Sneaking in through the door, Pyry closes it quietly behind him. He moved quietly through the apartment, hoping not to wake his room mate, and to avoid the interrogation that was sure to follow. Glancing about the dark room, the blue haired man frowns when he notices the a shock of red hair facing the other direction. He froze in place, waiting for his friend to turn before hearing the soft sound of snoring emit from the couches. Cracking a small smile, Pyry continues to his room unhindered.

~~~
Light poured into the apartment's living room, awakening the one there. Yawning heavily, the mass of blanket and man began to stir, and slowly he emerged from beneath the cloth. Scratching his head and yawning once more, his mind kicked into gear. He must have dozed off last night, waiting. The door opening and closing hadn't woken him, and so he began to wonder if his friend had come home at all. Laying there a few moments longer, he built up the mo tivation to stand and stumble towards the blue bedroom. Leaning heavily against the door frame, he grins as he spots the tuft of blue hair sticking out from under the blankets. Taking two steps, he throws himself onto the bed and his friend.
Startled awake, the one on the bed flails the moment something lands on him. Nearly throwing the other off, it becomes obvious that the sleeping fellow is no weakling. "Hey, hey! Calm down, its just me!" obviously, the attacker had not expected this sort of reaction, nor the sheer power behind it. As soon as he spoke, though, the person beneath him ceased his flailing.
"Adney? What the hell....." the voice was groggy, and clouded with sleep. The red haired man on top of the blanket grinned wickedly, pulling the sheets back to reveal his friend's face. "What could you possibly want this early?"
Adjusting so that the two were laying side by side, instead of him sprawled on top of the other's back, the red headed man settles himself. "I just wanted to know how your date went." he replied, something very close to innocence in his tone.
"Now? You could not wait?"
"Yes. If you had woken me up, we could have had this conversation last night."
"The last time I woke you up, you stabbed me in the leg."
"Oh.... Yeah, I guess you're right." the other shrugged, as if it was no big deal. Pyry, however, grumbled something and bumped the other off the bed. "Hey! Its INSTINCT!" he snaps, flailing in the mass of covers. By the time he managed to untangle himself, the other had made it to the bathroom and slammed the door.
Sitting quietly in the living room, Pyry seems entranced by the small box that payed moving pictures. No matter how many times Adney explained it to him, he was still convinced that this 'television' thing was magic. He was watching a show about sharks, settled back into the couch with a pillow held to his stomach. He might have gone out to do something, but his best friend had gone on a date, and the spirit was determined to ambush him the moment he came in. It had become a sort of ritual every time one of them went on a date. Since the redhead still hadn't returned, and it had gotten fairly late, the spirit assumed that was good news. His stomach dropped, however, when his friend finally entered their shared apartment.
The redhead was obviously smashed. His cheeks blushed red, his hair was a mess, and his shirt was half unbuttoned. His face instantly lit when he noticed the blue-haired man on the couch. He stumbled across the room, falling onto the couch beside his friend. "You waitin' for me, sweetheart?" he asked, snuggling up against the other's side. Pyry, quite used to this behavior from his drunken friend, pushed him gently over and stood, retrieving a plastic cup from the kitchen and filled it with water. Moving to his friend's bedroom, he retrieves a pair of soft flannel pajama pants. Returning to the couch, he refuses to let the redhead near him until the cup is empty. With plenty of coaxing, and a little forced stripping, the oldest Sol sits on the couch with an empty cup and wearing only the pants he'd been fetched.
Pyry sits, making himself comfortable in the few seconds he had before the redhead latches onto him; the younger man had realized his friend's clingy behavior when drunk, and had grown used to it. The redhead ends up practically in his friend's lap, his head leaning against the other man's chest. His eyes closed, ready to sleep now that he had someone to cling to. Resigned to this position for the rest of the night, the spirit returns to watching his show about sharks, absently petting his friend's head to help him sleep.
"I suppose your date didn't go as planned."
Mizuki was done with her interview and she had to leave her boyfriend. She was now back and going to check that he didn't kill himself in the hot spring. The woman's heels clicked as she walked up to the door and with a few strokes of her fist she knocked on the door. She made sure that she was looking great by pulling back her hair and taking a quick look in the mirror to make sure she didn't have any make-up out of place.
Hearing the knock on the door, the spirit looks up. He had no idea who could be knocking this late, but he decided it was probably important. He was locked in place by the other man on his lap, but he was stronger than a human; he disengaged the redhead's arms from his neck, and moved to lay him down on the couch. The redhead didn't stir, even after a few moments of Pyry standing over him. He might have been pleased, did this not mean the redhead had drank far more alcohol than he should have. Draping a blanket over his friend, he turned towards the door. Sighing in frustration, he starts to move towards the door. He glanced down at himself, wearing plaid flannel pants and a fitted grey tank top. It would have to do, as the person at the door had waited long enough. Pulling it open, he's surprised to see Mizuki standing there. A faint smile appeared on his face, momentarily forgetting his drunk friend. "Mizuki. Hello." he greets her, pleased to see her. She had taken off rather unexpectedly earlier, but he was glad to see that she was alright. After a moment, however, his brow furrowed in confusion. "It is rather late. Is something the matter?" he stepped away from the door, leaving it open as if to invite her inside.
Back on the couch, Adney was feeling oddly warm; normally when he laid across the spirit, he was so cold he might shiver. Now, however, he was fairly warm. He twitched, eyes opening to look about. Normally when he was drunk, he awoke to find himself draped across his best friend; now, however, he could hear the other's voice across the room. His alcohol level had gone down as he slept, and he was dangerously near coherence. Standing, he holds the couch as he rights himself before moving towards the kitchen to dig around for something to drink.
Mizuki smiled as she saw the familiar face of her boyfriend. At least he didn't kill himself in the water. "Nothing is wrong. I wanted to say that I was sorry for leaving you and I wanted to make sure you didn't kill yourself in the hot tub. You probably left right after I did." The woman commented. It seemed everything was well. She smiled and took a look at Pyry's clothes. It seemed that he was probably about to go to bed. He didn't seem to have just woken up. The woman was going to bicker about it. He looked cute in the outfit.
Smiling faintly, he shook his head. "Something came up. I understand." he reassured her, brushing his bangs from his face. He was about to say something when the sound of a bottle cap hitting the counter made him turn. Adney was holding a beer, something he very much did not need. Pyry's features instantly shifted, and he glanced at Mizuki a moment. "Just one moment, please." he told her, holding up one finger symbolically. He moved across the room swiftly with his long strides, closing the distant in a surprisingly short time. Wrenching the bottle from his friend's hand, he sets it carefully in the sink.
"Hey, sweetheart, I was drinking that." the redhead objected, not even flinching as Pyry grabbed him and threw him over his shoulder. He hunt from the other man's back, frowning.
"Not anymore." came the stern response, as the spirit walked out of view. A loud thump could be heard as the redhead was dropped onto the bed. A few moments later, Pyry emerged from the bedroom, pulling the door closed and locking it behind him. It had a lock on the outside for exactly this sort of occasion, and the spirit had been sure to lock the window before he left; Adney was still too drunk to properly operate the latch, but not coherent enough to realize they were on the third floor. Returning to where his girlfriend stood, he smiled sheepishly. "I apologize for that. He had a date this evening that seemed to have gone so very wrong." he explained, hoping his girlfriend wouldn't hold it against either of them.
Mizuki was about to give Adney a nice and friendly 'hello' until she notice that he was drunk. She had never seen the man drunk. She giggled a bit when he called her boyfriend sweetheart. He was a funny drunk. The woman was amused by Pyry and Adney's actions. She was even happier when the blue haired man returned. "It's fine. It must have been a really bad date. I didn't know he had a girlfriend, how long have the two of them been dating?" The woman asked. To act like that they had to been dating for a while.Why didn't she know it?
And Your Voice Was All I Heard...
With Adney safely locked away, the spirit motioned for Mizuki to come in; it would be awkward to remain in the doorway, and he didn't want anyone to overhear them. Closing the door quietly behind her, he moves to sit on the couch. He patted a spot beside him, indicating for her to sit there. She could decline, of course, but he didn't see why. He does not have a girlfriend. It was a first date." he told her, frowning faintly. "It must have been very bad. I have not seen him this drunk since Josephine." he didn't explain who Josephine was, but his pained expression was enough to get across the point. Rye knew that his friend had not only been disappointed, but something had hurt him. "Adney is a clingy drunk. He was sleeping on me before you knocked." he redirected the conversation to something lighter, and hopefully more amusing.
Mizuki stepped inside the apartment. Her heels clicked as she moved. She sat down in the spot that Pyry wanted her and listen to his tale of Adney's date. She was shocked to find out that it was only the first date. "Really. It's the first one and he's that drunk. I wonder what happened. He didn't look beaten up." The woman commented. It was really a shock to hear this news. "You know I'm curious now. I have to hear his side of the story?" The woman told her boyfriend.
And Your Voice Was All I Heard...
Shrugging at her observation, the spirit hadn't noticed any bruises either, his brow furrowed in confusion once more. She wanted to hear about the date? Even Pyry had not heard about the date yet, as the redhead was still too drunk to recount the tale. "I do not think he got into any fights. Luckily, he is not an angry drunk. Nor does he enjoy hitting girls." the redhead was too tricky to be hit easily no matter who it was, and he wasn't the type to start fights over his own misfortune. He paused a moment, as if considering. "It was his first date since his last girlfriend. They had a very dirty break up, and I think whatever happened made him remember it." the spirit tells her, only assuming at this point. What he didn't say was that he knew the other man so well, that he knew this must be the reason.
The woman looked at Pyry. It was too bad that Adney wasn't in functioning condition to answer their questions at the moment. "It's good to get over a girl, but do you think maybe this girl reminded him too much about his old girlfriend and that's what set him off drinking?" Mizuki confined in her boyfriend. It didn't seem every good for him to date at the moment.
And Your Voice Was All I Heard...
Considering his girlfriend's words, the spirit eventually shrugged. "I cannot say for sure. I have not even met the girl, though I do know she is in one of my classes." he told her, looking thoughtful. "But I do hope it was only a one time thing. I cannot say I like the thought of him seeing her again, if this is what will happen." he told her, looking very unsure. "I had been hoping that this girl would make him forget the other one. But it seems to have had the opposite effect...."
Mizuki took in these new facts that Pyry was able to give her. "So you're saying she's a student?" She commented. If she was in a class taught that would make her a student. She would have to go to one of Pyry's classes later to see for herself this girl. "We don't know what happened. Maybe it wasn't like the last one. I don't know the details for both, but maybe the student was scared. Think about it. A nice, good-looking, older man who see's some beauty in her in a school full of beauties?"
