The great Spire of the Stars is Celesta's home. It's attached to the church of the Holy Order of the Winter Kingdom.
Inside there are cavernous rooms and a spiral staircase that winds all the way up the center of the tower to Celesta's personal quarters at the top. There's an ante-chamber there for her polar bear. Much of the ground and second floor are reserved for patrons of the church and animals that come to her for shelter from the cold. An enchanted talisman created by Celesta hangs above the door was that keeps the entirety of the spire warm even when she's away.
