Lunch time was Gargantuan's favorite time of the whole year. Day. Whatever. Regardless, it was an activity he adored dearly, and his faithful, dented lunch pail had resurfaced while he lumbered around the school grounds. He seemed to be munching as he went along, and whenever he came across something that looked particularly tasty, he'd stuff it into the pail for snackings! Lunch time went on as long as G could feasibly make it go on, and he'd already... well, accidentally eaten one of his school books before he remembered he needed it for class.
Maybe Mr. Blobby had another spare book...
Making his way to the Wishing Well, G paused to tentatively peer down at the thing, not quite comfortable. He'd gotten stuck last time, and while he was wiser about its wily ways, he still couldn't help but be curious! ...what if there were delicious things inside?

It was almost too tempting. Really. Ziyah had walked onto this little odd scene, and her base nature nearly took over right there and then. Maybe she could startle the poor dear and he would get stuck in the well ? It would be hillarious !
But ah, no, not yet, not yet~ If she etablished herself as a nice girl first (and she did consider herself a nice girl !) then it would take a little longer for others to catch onto the fact that the funny little pranks actually came from her.
It was much more fun to keep people guessing !
For now, through, the wisp watched the scene with close interest. "What's inside ?" She asked, expression curious.

G did jump a little at the sound of someone nearby, and a sheepish glance rewarded him with someone very bright. Who was she? "G dunno." He beckoned at her to come take a peek as well, again staring down into the dark. "Dark. ...Got stuck once." His biggest shame.
But he was more interested in this strange, glowing girl than the well that liked to eat him sometimes! He was openly looking at her up and down, and his fingers even gently dared to reach out and touch her her scarf before he guiltily withdrew them. Whoops! Some people didn't like being touched.
"Am G. G goes to school!"

....Okay, this 'G' was adorable. In a puppy kind of way.
She wasn't too keen about exploring the well herself - after all, it was dark down there. That mystery would have to go unsolved.
After all, the swamp beast was much more interesting ! She just smiled when he reached for her scarf - he was easily twice her size, and probably could have easily hurt her, but she didn't seem to be worried. "It's okay, I don't mind." She said, gently.
"Im Ziyah. I go to school, too. Well, I havn't got to class yet... But I still go there !"

When she said she didn't mind if he petted the pretty, fuzzy thing around her neck, the beast's tail slapped audibly against the cobblestone a few times, clearly enthused. It wasn't often that someone didn't yell at him for doing something like that! Of course, he probably shouldn't get used to it, but still!
"Ziiiiyaaaaah." Easy and fun to say. And she went to school too! G brightened at the thought, straightening his slouched shoulders and tilting his head as though to catch a better look at her though he didn't apparently have eyes to do so. "'Nother friend?" He didn't quite declare it, instead offering the question almost hesitantly. If she didn't want to be friends, that was okay, after all.
...He might have inched a hair closer, hopefully wriggling just a tad. If she did say yes, that would mean another friend for G, and someone else to eat lunch with, and... "Ziiiyaaaah bright." He sounded perplexed.

Oh, god, he was adorable.
Not the brightest crayon in the box (if one took the expression at face-value, it would probably be her) but... adorable.
Hee~
"Yes, yes !" She chirped, cheerfully. "We can be friends ! And im bright, yes, just like you're big." It seemed the easiest way to explain it, anyway.

G was convinced he may have just found the best friend in the world. Her explanation for being glowy was accepted; clearly the girl knew how to talk to him in a way he could very easily understand. G didn't realize he was big most of the time, so clearly Ziyah didn't realize she was glowy, right?
Well of course!
"Yaaaay." He rumbled affectionately and gave her a nudge, hunkering down so he could see her eye-to-eye... well, sort of. "What Ziyah like to do for fun?" He wanted to know, clearly--because the sooner they could start doing things together, of course!

She was nearly nudged right off her feet, but the glowing ghost just laughed it off. "Im not too sure yet, actually ! I like to watch people do things, that I know, but I just don't know yet ! What do you like to do ? Maybe i'd like it too !"
Clearly, she was open for experiments.
