NASA finds new life, on our earth

I'm making this topic because NASA found new microbe life in Mono Lake California. And this life is made of different "Building blocks" of life. It's made up of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, sulfur and arsenic. Life on earth is usually made of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, sulfur, and phosphorus. This totally changes our view of life on earth. Here is where I got my information.

Yeah I know the "Discovery" my question is why the hell is it NASA? Shouldn't their asses be out in space? Damnit I want them in space not "Finding" things on Earth. Cut their funding!
Biologist should have made that discovery not NASA... And yes NASA has biologist... But they should not be dicking around here on Earth.

They aren't in space because someone has already cut their funding. That's why we're going to be paying other countries to take our s**t into orbit after we retire the shuttles; we don't have a workable successor.
