The weather was now starting to get cold, the grass was no longer bright green, the flowers were now all dead, and the trees were bare... however these things did not stop one pale mare from frolicking and singing. No indeed, and on this day, this particular mare was doing just that. Frolicking and singing in a meadow, seemingly all alone.

"And they hung them up high, on a tree so high...that I cannot reach for it is too high," she sang in a happy tune. "But I have no way to get there. So I'll just die." She paused her singing and frolicking and tilted her head. "High and die rhyme!" This seemed to make her even more gleeful, and she resumed her frolic, though she continued her song only in a soft hum as she circled around the meadow.

She did think she was all alone and she wasn't expecting to find anyone either. Not that she liked being alone all that much. Being alone got lonely. Lusia would have liked some company, and it wasn't that she didn't have any friends to spend time with.. no of course not. Though.. it was true she didn't know very many other Soquili. She was quite lonely, thought quite capable of entertaining herself.
