Alright, so I'm super excited because I'm getting the two Vocaloid-based games for the PSP for Christmas. However, I've never played a Japanese video game before, much less a PSP. sweatdrop Does anybody have either of these games? If so, do you have any hints for me? heart Anything from how to use the menus to special features to how to unlock songs, , characters, stages and outfits is appreciated.

Have you tried Youtube? I haven't played the game sweatdrop but seeing some commercials for Project Diva games is what got me interested.

If it helps, I've found an unofficialy made english patch for Project Diva that can be downloaded and explained here: http://projectdiva.wikispaces.com/
As for Project Diva 2nd, I found this: http://www.ffinsider.net/psp-iso/hatsune-miku-project-diva-2nd-english-pre-patched.html
They are basically installed to translate the game for you though I sadly don't have my own copy yet, and they aren't made officialy so I'm sure there may be slip ups here and there but it's definately better than nothing.

Lucky! I've seen gameplay of both the games on Yotube, they're alot like DanceDance Revolution and Guitar Hero in one. SEGA did a good job on this game, the graphics are amazing and Miku looks beautiful.

I'm just waiting for the translation to be finished so that I can add my own songs.. It would take to long for me to learn Japanese... T0T

I just got Project Diva 2nd yesterday and I'll give you guys some help with it. If you've played such games as Guitar Hero or DDR, Then this game will be totally easy for you. We recommend you start on EASY before going on to harder difficulties. PM me if you want to know any more.

I have Project Diva, and have been trying to find a cheap copy of 2nd for a while. Awesome games, though. Main thing you need is timing. If you've played, for example, Parappa the Rapper or DDR, then you've pretty much got the gist. It's one serious challenge to unlock all the costumes and such and get 100% on all songs though. Took me about two months.

Haha, I love licensed game DLC. How else can you have Teto Kasane from UTAU singing GO MY WAY from THE iDOLM@STER in a Vocaloid game?
