I wanted to see all your stories of how you first got connected to Dragon Knights!
Here's mine:
So I was at school on the computer, this was about when I was in 6th grade I think, and since I was just getting into manga's and such I thought to myself ' I should look for other manga's that I might want to get later on!' So I go to tokyopop.com and I'm looking and I see Dragon Knights! I'm like 'Sweet! I frickin' love dragons!!' So I read the discription and all and I'm like 'Thats pretty cool....'
Months pass and I finally find myself at my local Borders so I find the manga section, which back then used to be a very VERY small, and I saw DK! I was like "Oh hey ma! This was the book i was talking to you about!" and so my mom bought it for me. I took it home and read it! (the first book) I laughed 'cause it was funny but it confused me so. I was really thinking about not getting the rest, but I said to my mom "Ma! I want to get the others!!! whee " and so I did!! And with that I grew to love it AND LOVE IT AND THEN FINALLY BECOME ABSOLUTLY CRAXY ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmm, I think it happened during the summer.
I was in the library, browsing the books and mangas to read during the summer. As I looked at the manga section, it was almost clean out. There were some mangas that I had read and other mangas that I didn't want to read. Just when I thought there was nothing interesting, I saw the first volume of DK.
I looked at the summary and the graphic of the DK drawings to see if it was good. It interested me. So I burrowed the manga along with the other books to read for the summer. When I got home, I started to read the DK. It was funny, but also confused me too so I have to reread it like twice or three times. But since then, I got hook up with DK and I couldn't wait for the newest to come out.

It was sometime... Freshman year? *is a senior now* Yeah... it was about november freshman year ((2002)) because only volumes 1-4 were out... XD
I remember I wanted to get chobits 1 and 2 but they had only 1 and 3, so I got one then cruised for another manga.. I loved dragons so I looved at the 'dragon' titles and saw dragon knights... so I grabbed it, and read the first few pages... but I have Rath to thank for getting me hooked onto dragon knights.. because what caught me was..*gets her book one, and carefully opens it, since it is kinda falling appart in the beginning* and I quote, "LAZY BUM!" Which Rath yelled at Thats, who complained about getting tired of killing demons.
Hehe *huggles Thatz and Rath, then pounces on Teceous, gnawing on his hair*
Teceous: ...... =_=; Neko, what have I told you about that?
I only remember alot of yelling....
(( GAHHHH!!! THEY CHANGED VOLUME 21's COVER ART!!!! THEY MADE IT THE POSTER INSIDE!!! I LIKE THE ORIGINAL COVER ARTTT!!!! *FLAILS* ))

Wonderful sotries!! whee lol LunaChapel my first few volumes are falling apart too!! The second one especialy since I liked that one alot and used it for a reading project in 7th grade!>.<

I started DK in 7th grade. I saw my friends reading it and thought it looked kul and decided to give it a shot. It was the best shot I ever decided to give. DK is still my favorite manga after 3 years.

lol! Sweet! Thats how I am with one of my friends!!! But she was just so out of it that I just gave up... her sister read up to like number 19 I think... AND SHE STILL HAS IT AFTER LIKE A FULL YEAR ALREADY!! I'M SO SAD!! I'M GOING TO GO KILL MYSELF NOW!!!!! I AM NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT ALL MY DK ON MY BOOKSHELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gonk gonk gonk gonk gonk

I saw some DK fanart i the net, and thought: hey, this manga seems kinda fun!, and decided to buy it. But everytime I got the chance to buy the first volume, somethin' else always caught my eye, so I didn't buy the first two volumes until three weeks later. Then I got stuck, and just kept buying 'em. And now I can't wait until I'll get volume 22!! heart

Karill Yes, and we're going to do it again, if that's what it takes to get you to read volume 4. I have it in my hands right now! It's just that I'm gorging on 15 volumes of AMG that I just bought! Ow, ow, ow! Not the meat tenderizers!

They took too long to put out the new volumes. Gosh, this takes forever.
