I loved the story, but hated the writing style and the way he came off with his "moral of the story" thing. :/
But that's just me. -shrug-

Haha. I read it in middle school, when I didn't read to find morals in stories (though I did see the references and parallels to the story of Jesus in it.) and just read it for the thrill of it. His writing style didn't bug me much either. But then, I haven't read the bloody thing in years XD

I was more annoyed with the whole "HUMANS ARE EVIL AND DESTROYING THE WORLD" thing he had going. But that's what I get for being all paranoid about being a rightist b***h. :/

I didn't even know there was a sequel. XD
I have read Fire Bringer though - Which has nothing to do with the Sight. I remember liking it. But I can't remember much of what happened in it.

Brisingr was the third book in the series of Eragon dragon stories. It was where the dude learned how to make the dragon breathe fire on command. :/
I didn't much like Eragon, the book or the movie.

I meant Fire Bringer - The one about the deer with the oak leaf mark on his forehead. >> That's. . . Really all I can remember about it.
I liked Eragon - But couldn't get into the other books in the series, though I tried. Really, I did.
The movie sucked. >>

It was good as far as I can remember - But once again, it was a middle school read. So I don't remember much.
&& I'll be getting my summary thing up ASAP I swear XD

Kind of like Black Beauty for me. I liked it, but can't remember anything about it.
I didn't read much in middle school. Or high school.
In fact, other than required reading, I only read seven books.
