It is about a girl named hikari and is trying to form a band in highschool, she then brings her best friend into the situation after she finds out her friend is trying to become a voice actor, and notices how beautiful her voice sounds when singing. Her friend decides that she will help hikari and join the band.

It is september and all the students are gathering in the auditorium to hear the principals speech for mainly the newcomers. as the speech finishes all the students head to their homeroom and awaits for their new teacher.
