The sun was setting at the Cabin or Inn she was staying in fro the night. She was going on an adventure to see the world, some thing she said she would do one day. She sat by the window with the comfy chair. The fireplace crackled as it burn wood. She had her bag of books beside her. The nice comfort of reading soothed her. "Aww just perfect." She sighed and looked out of the window to watch the sun set.

Ankou was traveling from the place he called home to go out on some alone time of his own. He had a small suit case with some of his personal belongings. He would never go anywhere with out them. He yawned lightly as he neared the place he would be staying for the night. "Room for one..." He spoke to the service fox with a soft tone. He had always been 'sick', but he never knew why.
He spotted the slender fox by the fireplace. "Hello there, miss." He spoke quitely as he set his suitcase on the table next to the couch by the window.

Marilynn glanced from her window position over to the fox with his suitcase. "Hello, there kind sir" She nodded and opened up her book and glanced with one eye at the man that just came in. She noticed he talked soft. Very unusual for a man to be so silent. Maybe it was just the weather caught his voice. "Fine night tonight it will be" She quickly said and looked back at the page she was trying to read.

Ankou nodded his head lightly in agreement with Marilynn. "Indeed it will be. Especially by the warmth of the fireplace with a book to make time slip away into the ween hours of the morning." He said calmly as he opened up his suit case to pull out a book and a pair of reading glasses. He noticed that she was reading a book as well. "What piece of literature might your eyes be dancing on the pages?" He asked as he watched her diligently.

Marilynn smiled, he was so polite, something she never thought she would encounter. "Well right now I'm reading about a young girl, dancing her heart to the music of love." She smiled. "Adventure she loves, the everything a girl could strive on. I wish i had that but time will tell." She turns back to reading her book. "What are you reading during this night?" she said as she glanced at him in the corner of her eye.

Ankou looks up from his book, "Hm? Oh, I'm reading a classic tale of Jeckl and Hyde. I love a good horror story and a few mysteries put in between." He explained as he held up the book for her to be able to see. He set the book down and pulled out a candle with some matches out of his suitcase. He struck a match, lighting the candle, thus creating more light for him to see.

She looked him over and thought, he is a nice guy to be honest. "Oh candle reading? I remember when i did that when i was little. I have no friends, so books are my friends, i can go anywhere and everywhere I want." She looks down and blushed, why in the world did she just spit that out like that. She opened her book and started to read. Already she made it awkward.

His ears perked up at what she had spoken. "I, too, have been a lone most of my life. I live with a grandmother, her son, her grandson, a cat-fox, a penguin-fox, and a wind serpent. You could say we are a unique family of sorts." He told her lightly as her put his paw in between the pages to keep his reading spot. He looked over at the window seat then back over at her. "Do you mind if I sat closer to you so we could speak without raising our voices?" He pointed towards the window seat as he put his book marker in between the pages.

((Okay so i thought i responded to this i see that it didnt post, But i am posting now, hope you are still interested)) Marilynn looked up at him when he offered to sit closer too her. She wasn't use to that fact. She nodded anyways. She scooted over to the seat with an arm rest. She smiled at him. "Well i do have a house but their are crazy noodles there so i go someplace, like here to get away from them. We, well they are an odd bunch." She paused . "So what brings you to a place like this?"
