 Rochi Diosen
Rochi was a royal guard in her world. She was unknown to most but those who knew her feared her. She is the daughter of the greatest mage and best inventor of there land. At the age of 10 she completed the application to become a royal guard. At 11 she was the youngest person and first female to become one of the guards. She is an expert with many weapon and spells even though she uses a few of them.
One day a strange traveler came to the palace to meet Rochi. He told her that their were worlds that had technology and magic that she would only dream of. He offered to help her get there but in return he wanted her to deliver a strange flask to a Space Time Witch. It sounded easy enough to Rochi so she took the deal. He muttered a few strange words and the ground starts to draw her into in. She screams and curses the man untill she can do it any more.
Some time later, Rochi cannot tell how long she was 'gone' or where she was. A strange but beautiful women walks up to her and says, "Your finally here"

Vane Lysander Wade Vane at a young age loved to spend time outside and climb up into trees. He enjoyed the outdoors and has always been fond of the different trees and plants on his world. After many years Vane became a talented woodcarver for the royal family. One day a male approached him, telling him about all the different woods from other planets, and told him that if he wanted to get some he needed to agree to his terms. Being fond of all the different woods on his home world Vane was excited to see what else there was on different worlds. When he agreed the male spoke some words and suddenly darkness surrounded Vane.
Hours, maybe evens days later, Vane awake in a strange place, a place that was filled with so many different types of woods. He was quickly distracted by them and didn't notice the woman approaching him until she spoke. "So you are finally here I see, well it is about time."

"Now that you both are here" She waves a hand and all of the woods vanish from the mans view. It is replaced by a strange plaza and Rochi. "Time to get to business." She claps her hands together. "Why is it that you two were sent here?"
Rochi stares at the man in shock. Slightly drawing her blade. Where did he come from? She looks back at the odd women. "I came to deliver something" Rochi hands her the flask. "And I want to traverse to different worlds to improve my skills" She gets on her hands and knee and bows to this women. "Please help me with that goal"

Vane Lysander WadeVane looked about in despair as the wood vanished before his eyes. Finally he spotted the two women standing near him and when the one spoke asking why they had been sent here he slowly stood and looked to her with a confused look on his face. "I do not know why I was sent here, all I know is that I was told I could travel the worlds collecting the different woods from the worlds to bring back to my own world."

Rochi keeps on staring at the man. As her talks her eyes seem to light up. They go dim when she realizes what he said he wanted. "Lets see you are a very good looking man, who at first glance looks like a fighter." Her eyes change to a dark red. "But you are a wood chopping pansy!!!!!" She walks over to a near by tree. "You have the unmistakable build of a fighter" She rams her head into a tree. "I just can't believe you do a women's job." She screams in confusion.

Vane Lysander WadeVane looks to the woman as she starts to rant about his chosen job and just shakes his head. His voice low and threatening as he speaks. "Do not even think to underestimate me Miss. Just because I have chosen to do a job NO woman on my world does, for the labor that goes into getting the wood and working it into the desired picture, DO NOT for one second think I do not know how to fight. I am the wood carver for the royal family after all, and have been trained as a knight, but chose to use my hand to make things of beauty, not death." Vane slowly turned away from the woman who had ranted about his job and looked to the witch and spoke a more gently tone. "Why were we brought here? What purpose did this serve?"

Rochi walks up to the man and moves his head so they are eye to eye. "That term 'things of beauty' can change from person to person" She holds out the palm of her hand and a flame forms on it. "For Instance I find this fire to be quite beauty but others fear it as if is deadly" She laughs slighly. "What most people don't know is that the more you find something repulsive or dangerous the worse the outcome will be." She walks away from him and raises her hands. "For that reason everything is beautiful in my eyes"

Vane Lysander WadeVane looked to her biting his tongue, stopping himself from being rude by pulling away from her. He just shook his head and watched her. "That all might be true, but just because I choose to work with wood doesn't make me less of a man." He just stood where he had been and looked about, wishing he could show her what he could do with wood. As he thought about it he remembered that he had a small carving with him and pulled it out of his pocket and held it out in his palm. "This is beautiful as well, the time it takes to carve the right details into the wood." The carving was of two large cats with wings, their tails twined together. The larger of the two cats, the male was made with silver wood, and the female was out of red wood. It had taken him a few hours to carve it and he had enjoyed it, loving how it had turned out.

Yuko
Yuko claps her hands together. "You two are finally getting along" She gives them a strange blank stare. "It is a good start, Now" She pauses for a moment. "You came here on your own free wills at the purpose that you wanted." She motions at a girl that showed up behind her. The girl walks off. "It is your choice. all i do is give both of you the power to transverse world." Yuko gives an evil grin. "But for a price of course."

Vane Lysander WadeVane looked to the witch and shook his head. He didn't like the sound of what she had said about price. He should have known there would be a price for his search. As he spoke the dread he felt wasn't evident in his tone. "And what price do you ask Miss?" ((Fail post fail...so short...))

Yuko
Yuko stares at him with stern eyes. "Your price it the necklace and ring around your neck." She looks at the girl. "You girl your price is the sword you carry with you." The strange girl come back with what looks like a ball of white fluff and a ball of black fluff. "These costs help keep everything in balance." Yuko picks up the ball looking things. "If there was no cost everything would be in ruins."

Vane Lysander WadeVane looked to her with horror on his face. She wanted his father's ring? He shook his head, not wanting to believe it. "Why not something else, this was given to me by my father before he passed. I can't just give it away, it is all I have left of him."

Rochi just stares at Yuko. "My sword.. The thing that defines me." She pulls it out of its sheath and longly looks at the well carved blade of the sword. "I know I'll find better ones, but for some odd reason I don't want to let it go." She puts it back in its sheath. "but I have to" She hands Yuko her sword. Rochi turns to the man. "We have to give our most prized possession In order to balance out our existence in other worlds." She pats his shoulder. "For a warrior it is hard to toss our weapon aside, but if the cause is right then they will. To keep on fighting to achieve your dream will make you happier then any object." She smiles at him. "That was the last thing I was taught before my master died."

Vane Lysander WadeVane closed his eyes, fighting the urge to tell them to forget it, that he didn't have to have the different wood. His hands trembled as he reached up to remove the chain and ring from around his neck. He handed the chain and ring to Yuko and stepped back waiting to learn of what was next they had to do. "You might believe that but I would rather keep the only thing I have left of his then have a sample of all the wood in all the worlds." He then turned his back to them and closed his eyes, fighting back the memories that threatened to flood his mind.

Yuko The sword and ring float beside Yuko surrounded by a strange glow. The two balls of what looks like fluff yet out a yawn. They tiredly looks about. The black one gets on Yuko's shoulder as she hands them the white one. "These are the Mokona Modoki" She points at the white one. "This one shall take you to different worlds." She points at the black one. "And this one is used so you can contact me no matter where you are." The white Mokona jumps off Yuko's hand and onto Vane's head. "Just be warned there are people you will see that you think you know, but they wont know you." She lightly pets the black one. "They may look the same and have the same name but they are a very different person. In one world they can be purely evil but in others they can be completely good"
