Opening: Filth in the beauty - GazetteWhen destiny breaks down everything... Some people now say legends about the time when humans and demons fought against each other, times when humans where almost at the edge of extintion, demons power was so big that they could have finished with the humans, until they appeared, no one knows how they managed to do it but some humans managed to attack and defeat demons, they called themselfs XIII, a group of mercenaries that founded the base of the demonhunters all over the world.
XIII managed to expell demons all over the places where they appeared, until they found out from one demon that the emperor soon will come to the human realm and finish with all the humans, XIII had to ask for help from many people that they trained to form an army, they would be the last hope of humans. But even the efforts of XIII and their army couldnt defeat the rising power of the demonic emperor, Mundus, whose power seem to have no limit, until someone rised to defeat him, another demon called Sparda, whose power was equal to that of Mundus, with the help of XIII, he managed to seal Mundus and his power on an ancient crypt, saving mankind of the demonic invasion.
XIII realised that Sparda would be a potential alie for them, but he refused joining them, he said he had a personal motive to save mankind and that it wasnt joining XIII, soon he disappeared from the radar of the Demon Hunters. Finally the leader of XIII find out his reason, a Demon Hunter called Lucia, he somehow fell in love with her breaking what they considered to be the primordial rule of coexistance, humans and demons shouldnt be related in any way, but this was the only way to convice Sparda to join them, so they wouldnt hurt Lucia. Sparda joined XIII, hunting down powerfull demons and also humans that worshiped them, at first Sparda thought that XIII ideals were the correct ones, but then they made a great mistake, try to get power from demon resources. When Sparda noticed this he refused to continue working with XIII and leave them with many other people that apreciate him, he created another demon hunter organisation, it was called "Guild".
Sparda's new organisation managed to track down XIII and prevent them from gaining demonic powers, but when XIII managed to open the "Ten-Ni-Men-Gru", a tower that conected the demonic realm with the human real, Sparda was forced to make the ultimate sacrifice, he sealed his inmense power within the tower, sealing the demonic portal also. XIII dissapeared as now Guild were the primordial demon hunters, they implemented he team hunting sistem, reformed the XIII code and grew all over the world. Even with his power sealed in the tower, Sparda found out that he had something called "Devil Gene", a cell that infected human cells and destroyed them, so he couldnt be allowed to have decendants, but this didnt stopped the second in comand of Guild, who knew that someday Sparda would die because he had lost his demonic powers, so after a great battle, he managed to extract Sparda's Devil Gene and reproduce it.
After many failed experiments, they found out that the only one capable of resisting the Devil Gene was Lucia, her blood had a rare type of cell that managed to supress the demonic power, creating a perfect balance. The project was called "Les Enfants Terribles", 7 cells were created and from those only 2 of them survived, they were kept as a great secret from Sparda and Lucia, who never knew about it. A great mission to finally seal the demonic world once and for all, Lucia and Sparda were the choosen for that mission, only Lucia came back and very wounded, she said Sparda has finished the mission, never revealing what happened to him. Guild had lost his founder, so they decided that it was time to keep a low profile, they broke down the organisation and destroyed all tracks so no one find out that they existed, all of them exept the 2 cells that mixed Lucia's and Sparda's blood.
Almost 2 milleniums has passed and life has changed since that day, people stopped beliving in demons, until now... killing spreads appeared all over the world and no one had an explanation, the members of Guild rejoinen and knew that they had to do something about this, everything pointed that demons where the responsable and when they managed to catch one, they couldnt belive what he said, the emperor would rise again. Knowing that the only one capable of defeating Mundus was Sparda, they finally used the 2 cells, the sons of Sparda had born, the only hope that Guild had against the demons. Now its only a matter of time before the destined battle began again... Ending: Shine - Mr BigWill you be the last one standing?...

Personality: Easy going, relaxed, laid back, a bit shy but normaly he is really funny.
Bio: Alex was born a 24 of September, he was rised like a regular kid in a normal town with a normal life, or at least thats what people made him belive. Alex is the result of the experiment that Guild developed many centuries ago, the project "Les Enfants Terribles", he is the youngest of Sparda son's and just like his brother he posses the powers of a demon. Alex life has been a great charade made out by Guild, they have take care of everything he has done and also taken care that he dont get involved with demons, a thing that he had noticed but still havent found an explanation to it. No contact has been made between the 2 of them, since they consider that Alex would be in a bigger danger if he decided to join them and another reason is because Alex still hasnt awaken his true powers, until now Alex is still a regular college student that dont belives in demons. Forced to change the place where he lives because of the demonic accidents that follow him, Alex has changed from almost 10 schools now, beeing this his first year on college he hopes that is easier that people has told him...

Bio: Rinette is a very normal girl. Oh so she wishes. She doesn't remember anything about her past up until she was 16. She was told she was in a coma, but she's not sure how. She doesn't believe in any fantasy. Ghosts, mummy's you name it. This is why most people don't really try to get close to her. She always makes a serious face but she is actually really nice, but just a bit uptight.She can't help but glare at people. She has bad eyesight so she squints and it seems like she's glaring. ======== CHAPTER 1: ========
The sun shines all over the city, from the top of the place a great clock can be seen, it marks the hour of the school, all the students must reach the gate befor 9:00 am or they will lose a whole day of classes. All over the city many students attend to that college because it haves many of the specialities in one place, and also one of the biggest library, in there as section is forbidden to students, the teachers of the school say that myths about demons a how people defeated them are no subject for them to study, but still some of them enter that place because they think something else must be resguarded in there. On the other side of the city, a clock sounds indicating that its time to wake up, but a certain read headed boy dont want move from his bed...

The rain poured down as hard as no one ever has seen, the splash that the steps of people made could be heard, vision was blury because of the rain and only little sparks of light could be seen when the sound of clashing swords was heard, all the place was beeing destroyes because of the strengh that the attacks had, finally the sparks stopped as the people fighting stopped, on the ground the wanter began to mix with blood as it dripped from the body of the 2 boys that were fighting, "I never though this would end like this... ", one of them said as he looked at the other boy, -"Me neither... but still, this is really fun"-, the other one said as he laughed a bit, it looked like they had fought for a long time, "Yes... but all good things must come to an end", the other boy said as he lifted his sword over his head, a strange purple aura could be seen sorrounding him, -"Yes... lets end this"-, the other one did the same, a red aura sorrounded his body, "Lets finish this son of Sparda", they both rushed against each other, when they were about to clash, a great shiningh appeard and the alarm of a clock sounded.
-"Gahhh... yikes"-, Alex said as he fell from his bed, he hit on his back, -"Damn... that horrible dream again, is the third time I have it"-, he said as he stand up and looked at the clock, he was late for school and it was his first day, he rushed to the shower and take a quick bath, changed clothes, took his guitar he had on his room and entered the garage, he quickly mounted his motorbike and left his house to get to the other side of the city to reach his school, he looked at how the gates began to close, he speed up so he entered, he parked his motorbike and began walking, looking for the building where the mucisians were. Finally he reached the building, the class had started already, he entered abruptly as he didnt noticed that, the teacher looked at him, "Ah... normal people usually knock on doors", he said as Alex smiled as he walked an took a seat on the last row of the classroom, he looked at the teacher as he continued his class, -"That was a bad first impression..."-, he said in a low tone so no one could hear him, he took out a small notebook from his guitar case and began taking notes from the things that the teacher said, he just wanted to see how entretaining was the first day of class for him...

Rin's eyes looked over as she saw a red-haired boy burst into the class. Having bad eyesight, and not liking glasses, she squinted a bit to see him. People murmured around her 'she's glaring at him.' some girls gossiped. Rinette shot a death glare, this time actually serious about the glaring. The girls stopped. She looked as the boy took his seat, to her surprise the boy had took a seat next to hers. She smiled as he said "Don't worry. Everyone makes bad impressions." she said in whisper so the teacher wouldn't hear. She remembered when she came in this very day. She was accused of giving the teacher a mean look. She came in early though, so she could practice to herself. The school was filled with lots of students though. She continued her notes, she looked at the boy and gave him some paper all filled with notes. "Heres the first half of the notes you missed." she gave him a heart warming smile. "I'm Rinette Mirelle. nice to meet you, although everyone calls me Rin." she notice his guitar case. A guitarist. Rin was partially good in guitars but her forte was more towards piano and violin. She jolted up when the teacher called up Rin, to play a piece for the class. She growled, and walked down to where the piano was.
The teacher obviously knew Rin came from a rich family or he just did that because he notice her not paying attention. Rin walked and took her seat on the chair, pushing her hair off her chest and shoulders. She placed her hands on the keys of the piano and closed her eyes and started playing. The piece she played was Tsunaida te ni Kiss wo. The sound of music roamed the room, she played the piece perfectly until the end. She got up and heard the several claps. She walked back to her seat next to the red-haired boy and took notes again. The teacher smiled and went on with class. "I never liked him, when I first saw him...she mumbled very low."

Alex eyes blinked when he heard the girl beside him, -"Yeah... I suppose, but I have gave bad impression all my life"-, he laughed a bit when he said that, he remembered the first days on all schools he had been, all the teahers thought that he was not a good student and by far a bad person, he wanted to show them that they were wrong but... all those weird accidents and the fact that he moved constantly never gave him that chance. His thought were disrrupted by a hand that was infront of his face, the notes that he didnt saw because he was late, -"Thanks... I'll copy this right now"-, he smiled as he looked at the eyes of the girl when he smied, the heard her name, -"Im Alexander... call me Alex"-, he looked at the front of the class when the teacher asked Rin to come to the piano and play, he smiled when he heard her <Wow... she's pretty good at it...>, he said as he heard the music, everytime he heard music by some strange reason he relaxed, he also clapped when she finished playing, when she said that the teached had never been of her liking, he just smiled, -"That was great... you play really good"-, he said as he looked at her, when the bell rang, the class was over, he stand up and began walking away when he suddenly stopped, -"Would you mind giving me a tour... Im new here"-, he said as he laughed, this first day would be a long one...

Rin smiled at Alex he was nice. She closed her notebook "Why thank you, not the best yet. But I still try my best." she lifted herself up as the bell rang placing her things back in her bag. She looked as he started walking away then stopped turning to the girl. She blinked a few times when he said that. "A tour?" she asked tilting her head, then mentally slapped herself. Of course he said a tour. Stupid, Stupid! a nervous came up "Ah...sure." she picked up her back, and walked over to him by his side. She was small compared to him. Only reaching to his lower neck. She placed her hands on her hips "Well then, let's get going Alex." she smiled cheerfully as she started walking ahead of him.
She took him all around the school, from each section of the buildings to the cafeterias and lounges. "You probably already know the fact the school has that darn gate that closes at 9." she said as they walked around. They stopped at the library. "This is the library. Probably the biggest thing in here." she crossed her arms "I'm not the type to believe anything about myths, but teachers don't keep their mouths shut. In the library there is a section that us students can't go in. Something about demons, and how something must be inside there." she looked at Alex "I've never been inside there so I wouldn't know."

Alex smiled when the girl told him to follow her, he looked at the places that she pointed, she also said about the gate that almost crush him with his motorcicle, he laughed when he remember that, -"I'll wake up earlier tomorrow"-, he said as they keep walking, until the reached the main part of the school, according to the golden plate that was on the building, the first part of the school that was the library was already in that place when the construction of the school began, the building was in good shape so they didnt need to remove or replace pieces from it, but when the ocult section was found by some teachers, they had to build a gate to secure that no student would enter that place, according to them it wasnt dangerous but mind could play heavy tricks on them, so they wanted to save them from the scary things that their mind could produce, -"Demons... huh?, I dont belive in those things either, just a bunch of tails that they told kids so they can behave"-, he said as he laughed, he wasnt interested in reading a lot so he knew that the last place where he would be found was the library.
As the great clock sounded again, students began to return to their classroom, Alex smiled as he and Rin returned to the classroom, just when the teacher slamed the door, Alex couldnt stop from running and tackled down the door, everyone laughed when they saw the boy on the ground with the door under him, -"Oh... sorry, I couldnt... stop, sorry"-, he said as he lifted up the door and leaned it on a wall, "Trouble maker ehh?, I think you'll be forced to pay for that door boy but also... you just cant go all over the school knocking down doors, so what do you usually dont do on the afternoons?", the teacher asked as he looked at the readhead boy, <Well... think about this, it may be a trap so...>, his thoughts were disrupted when he began talking -"I normally dont read..."-, he stopped when he saw a big smile on the teacher's face, "Nice... I heard Rinaldo the teacher that works on the library needs help, so you can go there after class and help him...", he stopped when he saw Rin behind him, "Oh yes... you can help him too", he smiled as he continued with his class...

Rin smiled at him when he said that. It was good to know someone else that didn't believe in those things either. She laughed softly, then turned to the the resonant sound of the clock. She started to walk with him, and flinched as Alex tackled to the ground. She ran over to him, making sure he was okay. She turned to the teacher, a worried look on her face. She couldn't help but slightly glare at the teacher. It was Alex's first day, he didn't need to be so harsh. She wanted to say, but didn't. She didn't say anything for a while but shot a shocked look at the teacher. "Oh yes... you can help him too" she had heard. Actually she did not want to hear those words. A annoyed look formed on her face. 'Why me?' she wanted to say again, but didn't bother. She rubbed her head with a sigh "Yes sir...." she said with a mumble. Going to a empty seat she sat down and listened to the teacher. Going to the library after class?...just great.

Alex sighed as he heard the teacher, <Man... just what I needed...>, he said as he sitted next to Rin and closed his eyes, hoping class would be really quick, when he opened them the clock had sound again, the school day was over for most of the students but not for those 2, he sighed again as he began walking in direction to the library, he looked at the great entrance and opened it, -"Hey... is somebody here?... we came to help...."-, the library was a bit dark and on the front desk no one was there, <Wow... Im really lucky because...>, he was interrupted by a voice and a hand that touched his shoulder, "No one is here?... well, thats not exactly true boy, Im Reinaldo, the teacher working here, I guess that you did something wrong today...", the teacher smiled as he pointed some of the books that were scattered all over the library, -"All of those books!!??"-, Alex said as he looked at all the library, "Yes... but not matter what you so... dont enter the ocult section... I'll take care of that section later", Reinaldo said as he walked away, leaving Alex and Rin alone so they could order the library, -"Man... this got to be the worst first day of school I ever had"-, the boy sighed as he began moving books...

Rin clutched onto Alex's sleeve as they walked into the library. It was dark, and Rin did not like the dark. She looked at the empty desk and jolted up when she heard the voice of Reinaldo. She stood there leaning over to catch her breath. She made an uneasy look and looked at the books. She frowned, wondering who would leave the books all over. She calmed down a bit and looked as he left with that final warning. She walked over to the books, beginning to move them. Although with some books that caught her eye she'd flip through them and put them back. She turned to Alex with a small smile "I guess this never happened to you before? The school has a weird way of disciplining students." she laughed softly as she leaned up to place a book back in it's. Being a tad bit short, she barely managed to put it back. She sighed as she looked at the books. "The last thing I want is to work in this library alone.....so I'm glad your here also" she said giving him a smile. "Although..." she said picking up a few books, her eyes glancing over to where the occult section was "I can't help but wonder what's in the occult section."a small thought formed in her head. Curiosity killed the cat.

Alex looked behind as he saw Reinaldo ordering some books at the entrance of the library, he then smiled as he looked at Rin, -"We can look inside..."-, he said as he took out 2 clips from his wallet and walked into the door, he used the clips as he made some little moves, then a click was heard and the door was unlocked, -"Quick... before he finds out we entered"-, he took her hand and entered the place, he couldnt belive that the ocult section was even bigger than the room he was before also it was darker, he couldnt see very well, -"Man... This place is weird"-, he said as he moved his hand, he found a lanter as he pointed it and it shined, they could see a bit now. -"Time to see why this place is forbiden"-, he began looking at the shelfs where the books were, they had a lot of dust on them, so he blowed it away, revealing the books but at the same time revealing that he couldnt even understand any word that was on them, he couldnt even read the title.
-"What kind of languaje is this... Greek, Latin or what?"-, he said as he opened one of the books, he looked at the pages but he couldnt understand any word, in his other school they taught him how to read in diferent languajes, but this was one he had never seen before. He closed the book and put it back on the shelf, when a red shine catched his attention, he walked until he reached another shelf, he blowed again the dust and looked at a rare book that was almost falling from the shelf, he took it and looked at the cover, -"Necronomicon... at last a book that I can understand"-, he said as he opened it and looked at the pages, they were in the rare launguaje that the other book he had seen before, he keep changing pages until he saw one that was in latin, he read it until he reached a part that was written in blood, he could notice that it wasnt ink, -"The past is destined to hunt us down in the future..."-, when he finished reading, he sensed something, like if something had blowed inside the room with a lot of strengh, then the door opened as Reinaldo entered and looked at the 2 kids.
"What are you doing here?, I toldboth of you to not enter here", he stopped when he saw the book on Alex's hands, "Give me that book right now", he said as Alex handed it to him, -"Take it... I could only read a page, anyway what kind of laguaje is that?"-, the readhead boy asked as he began walking outside of the room with Rin, "Thats not of your bussines, so get out of here, the punishment is over", Reinaldo said as he ordered them to leave the library, Alex and Rin left the place. "He could only read one page?... does that mean he is... no, thats impossible", he looked at them as they finally reached the parking lot, -"Come... hope in, Im taking you to your house"-, Alex said as he started his motorbike, it already was late and the sun was setting down and he didnt knew where Rin lived...

Rin scowled as she heard Reinaldo come in. Her eye's trailing to that book Alex had read. It was strange. The language in the books were strange. She looked at the motorbike, blinking a few times. She paused thinking, Wait...motorbikes aren't cars right. RIGHT? remembering her fear of driving in cars. She made an uneasy look. Looking at how it was getting dark, she couldn't risk going home. She took a big gulp and smiled "Oh, why thank you." she said as she hoped on, wrapping her slender arms around his waist and pulling herself closer so she wouldn't fall off. She pointed over to where her house was "Ah, it's just down over there. It's not hard to miss since it's...big." she hesitantly said. Her mind was still on that room and the books. She shivered slightly when remembering the page written in blood. Her eyes glanced over at the school. It seemed as if she really didn't know anything about the school.

-"Hold on tight... I like driving fast"-, Alex smiled as he began driving, he exited the school and put on his glasses so the wind wouldnt hurt his eyes, he also put a helmet on Rin's head, for protection, he began following the direction that she pointed to, when suddenly he had to stop, there was a barricade of police cars infront of a park and also many firefighters that were trying to put off a fire that was consuming the park, Alex looked at the flames and stopped when a officer aproached him, "Sorry boy... you're going to have to take another road because this one here is dangerous", the officer said as Alex sighed and looked at Rin, -"Guess we better take their advice... is there another way to your house?"-, he asked as he smiled at her, he was new on this place and until now he hadnt learn another way to reach the school from his house.
The officer pointed them another street, "You can take that one over there and after 2 blocks you can turn right, there you can go straight and reach the streets that are behind the park", Alex just nood with his head, but inside it... <Man... Iwish I had put him more attention when he started talking and explaining...>, he was about to hop again on the motorbike when a great flame erupted, he looked at it as he felt that same sensaition he had on the library, then someone came walking from te park, it was a man and it seem pretty injured, "Mister... are you alright", a firefighter asked but the man didnt answer, he just keep walking until he was stopped by another firefighter, "Come here please, we will take care of your wounds", the man looked at them and began talking, "Im hungry... I want... blood!!!", he shouted as he jumped onto a firefighter and with his hand he riped of his head, all the people there began runing, the officers pointed their guns at him.
"Put your hands on the ground", they shouted, the man just began laughing and keep walking, from the fire more people come out, "We are hungry", he shouted as the people joined him, "Fire!!", the officer said as the bullets began to impact the people, Alex instantly grabbed Rin and moved back as he looked at the shooting, the people fell down but at the same time they began to stand up, -"What... are those guys inmortal or what?"-, Alex said as he keep looking. "Now... lets eat", the man said as the bodies of the people tored apart and rare creatures came out, they had scythes and launched against the officers, they began killing them, Alex couldnt move, he never thought that he would see something like that on his life, he then finally could move, -"Run... get out of here"-, he told that to Rin, when one of the creatures noticed them, "There is more food over there...", he began running against them, Alex couldnt move, but he had to do something.
"Food!!!", the creature said as he was near them now, he lifted the scythe and was about to strike when Alex finally moved, he put one of his hands on the scythe and with the other he pushed the creature back, disarming him, the creature instantly stand up and looked at him surprised, "You filthy human... how did you even dare to touch me", he said as Alex grabbed the scythe, he still was in shock, he didnt knew what he had just done, other creatures were aproaching Rin, he moved the scythe against them, making them step back, he then put infront of Rin, -"When I distract them, run as fast as you can"-, he said as he still was trying to repel them, but he wasnt fast enough to see one that appeared behind him, "Die!!", the creature said as he pierced the scythe into Alex's stomach, lifted him and launched him away, Alex just smashed the ground, he felt an incredible pain, then, he began to lose concience, he was about to faint.
-"Run... run..."-, he said as he looked at Rin, he couldnt move, he then cosed his eyes, everything was dark, he could sense that someone was there, -"Am I dead?"-, he asked as he hoped someone would answer, "No... yet, but you can be in any moment... also that girl", a voice said, it was the voice of a man, -"I wont allow it"-, Alex said as he wanted to move, but he couldnt, "Dont try it boy... you are using the last amount of life you have to breath and dont enter in a shock, still, you can use it for something else...", a red light showed a rare door, it had a simbol on it, "You can open it... but let me tell you this, onec open, that door wont be closed ever again", Alex hesitated as he heard those words, then remembered Rin, he began moving slowly to the door and opened it, the red light covered him and then he opened his eyes, he looked at those creatures aproaching Rin, he then somehow stand up and then put his hands on the scythe, he took it out of his body, he then launched it against the creatures, cutting them, -"Hey... you want some food... come get some"-, the blood of Alex was smell by the creatures, they were ready to attack him...
