First steps:
1. Create a forum in the Subforum that will be called for example "Little Poland" but in your one language-> so in my it's "Mała Polska"
2. The first room should have the same name as the forum so again "Mała Polska" you write rules there, that you can see in the Home page + rules that I shall add in this room shortly!!! That will help you with ceeping peace in your Forums. The most importand thing is to write the rules in your one languages!
3. You may ofcourse create new rooms in the forums, and you may allow other members to create new rooms (but only when you say YES others should be removed). Remember that there are things that are ethicly NOT ALLOWED!! (I'd also like to be informed about the subjects)
4. If you'll have any problems with the members then please inform me about it (WERY IMPORTAND!!!) I don't want my Guardians to feel bad in the guild! We shall solve the problems together in here and ofcourse talk to the member.
5. You are Guardians please follow all the rules, because you guard them!!!
6. Also you should make a room in the "Multi Kulti" forum in the subforum, about your Nation. What should there be? : Flag, emblem, world map with your Nation highlighted on it, and words like: all kinds of greetings, farewells, thank you, please, sorry; writed in your language and translated, write also how should it be articulated or find in internet a site where someone says it.
The next post should be reserved for holidays, one day before the day when in your country is a holiday you should write about it in this post and decorate the post with something related to it. (for holidays like Christmas too). AND OFCOURSE THIS SHOULD BE IN ENGLISH!
In this room other members can ask you questions about your countries or language, it would be nice if you'll answer them, and then gather all the answers on the main page in the room.

Rules for Your Nation-room (besides those from Homepage... that have to be translated):
1. Listen to the Captain and Guardians
2. Follow Gaia and Guild rules
3. Use your one language only in this Forum (write the name)
4. In rooms and forums common to everyone use only English.
5.You may open a new room in the Nation-room,(write the name) but ask first Your Nation- Guardian (write your name). And leave the first post as reserved for the Guardian, where he/she can write messages-> rule 6
6. The Guardian can close a room which is dead for at least a mounth, and then remove it, if noone responds. The room can be closed also when someone breaks the rules. Notices from your Guardians will appear in the reserved first post in Your room.
7. Roleplaying is not the main target of this guild, but if You find at least 6 persons for a specific roleplay, then it can be discussed.
8. Act friendly.
9. Pay attention to words that You're using, so they won't hurt anyone.
10. Show respect to other Members, Guardians and Captain.
11. If you have any problems in the guild, or some ideas then ask Your Nation- Guardian (write your name). If he doesn't respond in a week, then ask Your Captain. (If you need a quick answer then ask anyone from the crew that is currently on-line).
