Eira had been out hunting again as she usually does, but she wasn't looking to eat, she was just in a mood to kill for the hell of it. She wanted the thrill of the chase and joy of the dying squeals the unlucky animal gave.
By most this was frowned upon, 'Only kill to eat..', was the normal lecture, but she got bored so easily and killing and hunting helped fill the void. She didn't know anything else really. Most see her constant bloody hooves and are appalled and always assume the worst, even if sometimes that was partly true.
For now she wondered the forest looking for tracks of some type of animal. She had just eaten a rabbit and then killed a fox, but she was bored again so she searched for something bigger like deer or something, but so far no luck. She decided to rest when she came upon a small pond. She soaked her hooves in the cool water as she drank some, but even though she stood there for several minutes the blood seemed ever flowing from her ankles and hooves. She thought it peculiar, but cool at the same time.
She was fascinated by the strange, unique and different even in herself. What others saw as frightening and scary she found it...comforting in a way. The plain uninteresting and ordinary usually didn't interest her. The stranger the better. She stood by the lake and thought on this, but never questioned how or why, she liked it. She was proud to be who she was no matter what others said or thought. She then proceeded to look for some tracks again, but it still seemed they were eluding her....for the moment((we can do this as if they are first meeting or make it a second meeting. You can incorporate it whichever way in your post and Ill follow from there.))

Chemosh wasn't as in tune with the rest of his family as his brothers were, he prefered long naps in the shade and being around interesting folks, ones he could LEARN from. As he had figured out early on, intelligence was a way of surviving without having to sully his hooves with any of the violence both sides of his family seemed to enjoy. Though he was not above it either, he prefered a more...elegant approach to getting what he desired. He picked through the forest, which held many things he favored in life, shade, food and silence. He had spotted a pond through the trees and as he made his way through he noted something verrrry curious. Blood, to be specific, bloody hoof prints. Normally this would send off warning signals for anyone, but he observed yet another thing about these tracks. They were small. A smile tugged at his already huge grin and his fangs gleamed with a deadly poison...things like this interested him, and when Chemosh was interested...not many things could stand in his way, even if he was still a foal himself. He swished his long shadowy tail and slunk forward, going from shadow to shadow until he froze, a flicker of movement causing him to tense and his ivory eyes to narrow. There it was again! ...He moved silently and finally saw what he had been looking for. A filly. He was nearly disappointed until he saw her hooves. " Ssssso that isss where the blood isss coming from..." he hissed softly " it seeemsss it isss not her own...perhapsss a fight?" he mused to himself, his brothers sometimes got into fights, but rarely did it come to bloodshed, blood was sacred to his family...so where did this blood come from? He swished his tail enthusiastically, like a hunting cat. He wondered how he would approach this interest, straight on, maybe sneak up and see how she reacted. Depending on HOW interesting she turned out to be, and capable, she could certainly turn into one of those so called " friends" his mother had told him about. Friends, such a wierd word, but he decided it necessary in life that he have them, but they had to hold their own, no weaknesses left open. He wrinked his little nose and decided to just slink from shadow to shadow till he was spotted. Better to play it safe until he knew what he was getting himself in to.

Eira looked to the small pond and got another small drink when her ear twitched at a sound, movement behind her. She lifted her head, but moved as if nothing was wrong. She felt more curious about this then threatened.
She walked back in the direction she came, the direction where the unknown was hiding. She could tell by sent that it was another soquili, but other then that she wasn't sure. She walked a little further and stopped and glanced out of the corner of her eye to the direction of the shadowy one.
She stayed coy and coy as a smirk then played on her lips. "I know your over there, come on out." She turned all of her body in the direction of the hidden one. She was very curious as to who she would be meeting.

Chemosh flicked his tail in irritation, tch...she wasn't supposed to have found him that quickly. He certainly couldn't disappear like his brother Anthrax...So he shifted gears and slunk gracefully out of the shadow, his eyes narrowed and a charming (albiet toothy) grin tugging at his lips. " Ahhh, no usssse hiding i sssseee" he crooned, his shadowy tail curling behind him " i appologisssse if i made you...uncomfortable" he wrinkled his nose, his flat ivory eyes taking everything about the headstrong filly in. " i did not know there wasss another around until i sssaw the...blood" he raised an eyebrow slightly " and i'm very, curiousss shall we sssay~ have you killed sssomething recently or isss that just the way they work?" he tilted his head in child like curiosity.
Chemosh was, like his father and his father before him, a snake. Cunning and beautiful even at a young age and he used every bit of it to his advantage, whether it would work the same on everybody, that wasn't his to call. He simply DID.
He blinked owlishly and watched how the filly would respond.

She watched as a young foal was the one to come out of hiding. She looked at him, her interest peaked severely as she looked him over. His fluffy tail was...well fluffy, but his eyes were snake like and ivory and he had a very wide and toothy grin. She especially admired his fangs, so much that she almost didn't hear his words.
She snapped her eyes back to his and looked back to his eyes to reply. "No hiding with me,...and no you didn't make me uncomfortable.", she shifted on her hooves and heard the blood squish around them. She looked to her hooves almost forgetting they seemed to ooze blood. It would be her one flaw should she want to hide(she thought she'd never need to). "Blood, oh ya...umm well yes to both. I was hunting earlier, and yet even when washed the blood doesn't leave. But I like it that way. Its different and unusual, interesting like you. That's how I like it.", she smiled after that and admired the one infront of her again. He was so cool!

Chemosh smiled, a bit too charmingly for his age and his fangs shined with poison. " I ssseeeee~ well that issss good"
He reguarded the strange filly with some interest, especially her hooves, he listened intently as she informed him about them. " That ISSSsss very interesssting~" he crooned " i have not gone out to hunt today, sssnakes do not eat asss much, and unlike my bothersss, i do not kill sssimply on insssstinct...it takesss time, finesss" he chuckled a bit and watched blood seep from her hooves. Curious. He tilted his head a bit and flicked his tail again " Well thank you for the compliment" he smiled again, though only his canines poked out this time. "Ah, i'm being rude~ excussse me. My name isss Chemosh by the way...might i have the..." he paused for a moment, thinking of the word "pleasssure of knowing yourssss?" he hissed.

Eira admired his fangs as he spoke, her eyes lighting up as what she thought to be poison drip from them. He was very snake like and entrancing in a way. She found him a worthy object to both study and admire.
"I hunt daily to survive, but I desire more out of it, it is a timely and fitness process that I excel in.", her voice crew a little cocky before she continued., "I want a challenge and to work a bit for my food, though I admit I hunt just to kill...the sight and smell of blood....it calls to me and follows me.", she looked to her hooves as she spoke of her odd blood lust.
She walked around him now to get a better look at this foal. Had she been older she thought she'd find him.....attractive. She smiled as he spoke his name to her and in turn replied. "Pleasure to meet you Chemosh, my name is Eira Linn, but I prefer just Eira.", she paused again and thought for a second before speaking again. "So what brings you out here exactly?"

Chemosh swished his long tail behind him, listening to Eira intently. He knew he had some sort of charm, once prey fell into his gaze they would rarely escape, though he was still young, untrained. He blinked and responded smoothly " i undersssstand~" he crooned " there isss very little here worthy to hunt, killing isss an easssy sssecond nature." He followed her gaze back to her hooves and his smile widened just a mite more. She was interesting for sure.
He watched her carefully, his eyes half mast. While he knew he was strong for a colt, he also knew she was nothing to laugh at and thus kept his guard up. " Eira Linn, issss it?" He smiled sharply " Eira issss a nice name" He chuckled a bit " as for what i'm doing out here, i wasss looking for ssssomething...or ssssomeone interesssting. And ssssome food of courssse, the foressst issss an easssy place for ssssuch thingsss, dont you agree?"

Eira looked up from her hooves and back to Chemosh's eyes and smiled slightly. She was so intrigued by him, she found the odd and unusual very interesting, it made her feel calm for some reason. " Interesting, hmm...I was mostly looking for something else to snack on, or something interesting myself. I think the later has been found. You are very interesting, I like that." She smiled again and went from looking into his slit eyes to his fluffy tail. It so entrancing the way it moved.
She finally brought her gaze back to his own and nodded her head. "The forest is a good place to find game, but it seems they knew we were here and so they've decided to hide. Makes for a good game and training.", she gave a smirk and small laugh thinking of it.

A sparkle lit his flat opalescent eyes as she seemed to warm up to him. " Why~ thank you again Eira, i appreciate the complimentss. Though, i am not asss...interesssting as my brotherss, but mother sssaysss i have my own...charm." he chuckled darkly and flicked his tail again, the shadowy matter curling easily around his hooves and through sticking plants on the ground, as if they weren't even there.
"Ssssometimesss i dont know what she meansss by that~" He flicked an ear in thought, getting back to the conversation at hoof " yessss, i have a lot of experience in foressst gamesss, even if thingssss ssseem sssilent there are creaturesss, food to be had."
He cracked another sharp smile " if you are interesssted in...sssnacks perhaps we should go hunt sssome?"
