I'm seeking an Eevee with a unique move. I really don't care what level but looking for a unique move it may have inherited that is relatively nice and helpful so that I can have it become my next evo.
If anyone is willing and able to attach a dawn stone to it for me, I'd be willing to trade a Natu with Pluck/Confuse Ray holding a Rare Candy to it.
