After becoming Captain of the ninth Division Haruko learned fast how hard the job actually was, and he gained a new respect for Tadashi, knowing how hard it must have been to deal with him, as well as run omnitsukido. Of course Haruko had no intention of ever admitting this to his face, he had way to much pride to do that. Thoughts like this raced through his brain as he made his way to the bar to get a drink.

The bar was Haruko's personal favorite place to go to think, because for some reason when he drank, his problems would go away. He would then wake up the next day with a much clearer view on things. He entered the bar casually and he took a seat at the center of the counter, his back facing the door. He ordered a bottle of sake, and some beef ramen. He ate in peace, and drank his sake slowly. On such a beautiful night, Haruko had no intentions to actually get wasted, but rather to relax. Maybe to even talk to someone about the goings on of the soul society.

Haruko entered the bar via senkaimon gate. Upon seeing him the bartender tossed him a bottle of sake. "Oh yeah, I just LOVE to do that" He said loudly as he took a seat, not far from Chiharu.
Haruko cleared half the bottle, and turned to Chiharu "Hello, I am Haruko" He politely said "your new around here aren't you, do you need some help finding things". Haruko smiled wide as he offered his hand to the woman to introduce himself properly.

Haruko laughed "well...." he laughed a little more "maybe a little bit, but then again, almost everybody I have never met is a newbie, so you are on common grounds there, what squad are you in, or have you applied for any just yet". He was fairly sure that she may still be looking, and seeing as he needed more people this could be good.

Haruko laughed a little bit when she said that sh applied at the ninth division already "Is that so, well I have a strong feeling that you will be accepted into their ranks" He took a drink of his sake, and grinned "and I, as a matter of fact, have very good resources to back up that statement" He smiled wide, and waited to see iff she would figure him out.

Haruko, smiling, turned in his chair so Chiharu could see the squad number on his captains haori "I am Haruko Ryu, Captain of the ninth division" laughing "Is this a credible enough source for you?"

Haruko laughed hysterically at her reaction. "Don't you worry, I just love doing that, also, I am just another person, no need to be formal, just have fun" He took a drink, smiling he ordered a refill.

"well then, its a good thing you applied here, iff you had applied for squad two, you would be lucky to learn your captains name, I used to be their Vice captain, and let me tell you, they are NOT a fun squad" Haruko said, shivering a bit as he remembered "Captain Sakamoto Hates me" Haruko laughed about the circumstances leading to this "but I think that was my fault, something about insubordination, blah blah blah, I wasn't really listening"
