Zyanya stood patiently over her two lovely baskets, watching them with a hidden anxiety for the foals within to emerge. It was almost a gut instant now that she was a mother. She could tell something was stirring beneath the wickers of their oddly colored baskets, and she felt the faze of her precious mate meet her several times as he paced around nervously. She would look up each time with that idle, calm, yet also slightly nervous smile. Neither she nor Rainbow had been parents before they found eachother, and while Rainbow's parents were certainly ideal, Zyanya's were hardly even there. She could feelt he mutual excitement and fear between them, and she stepped in his path a moment to give him an affectionatte nuzzle, needing no words to express herself. She stood still, waiting, and could not felt the small gasp that left her as finally their patience was rewarded, and the first child toppled their basket.
The little colt smothered within the confines of his basket shifted, growing tired of his dark world. He could hear the shufflings of perhaps his parents outside his basket, and could feel his need to leave the safety of his little blankets. He wanted to know the world, wanted to see, to hear, to know. All these emotions welled up inside the colt, and without hesitation, he kicked up his weak legs and thrashed alittle in his basket, popping the top off in a boisterous manner as he tumbled out infront of his parents, landing flat on his belly with his legs spread out under him, eyes blinking as he tries to find how to get up, whinnying abit and looking around so curiously, eyes wide from the glaring lights he knew not of, and all the new scents and smells. As those strange eyes of his adjusted to the light, and two new figures came into view. It took only a couple of seconds before he realized that these were his parents! His mother and father! Whinnying in delight, the newborn foal struggled vibrantly with his legs to try and scoot over toward the new parents, not even noticing the other basket unopened beside him in excitement.

The new mother felt too, her heart skip a beat as her first foal made his grand entrance into their world, and she stepped to him alongside her mate, a beautiful, blue colt, with black striped wings. She could feel her heart warm with the way he struggled to his hooves and she aided him through her affecionatte nuzzles, making sure all about him was healthy and working, and stnading protectively over her colt as she watched a second foal emerge from the baskets. More warmth flooded the young mare as she now had a filly, a purple, lavender filly whom too, had wings and horns as her mate. Each child perfect in their own way, and she laughed a kind, sweet, motherly laugh as the children found their way to eachother, and she approached her young daughter with a kind nuzzle, and her brotehr following at her rump, wobbling cutely on his long, thin legs as he tried to keep up with an enthusiastic curiosity of the world.
"Yes, welcome." She murmured, a mare of few words, but her voice kind and significant. "Truly beautiful, Rainbow. I could not ask for a better family." She responded, observing her children closer, and blinking abit in slight confusion. While it was too obvious these were their children, several of their traits failed to be of Zyanya or Rainbow's bloodlines, though it was not like looks ever mattered to the quiet mother and her mate. Still though, their eyes especially, were different, each black with a blue iris, and so deep. Zyanya couldn't help but worry perhaps her disease, despite having been cured with her mate's help, may have passed on to the foals, their eyes making her fear such. Despite it though, she checked over her little filly, and smiled, sure she was just thinking too hard, and loosing herself to the joy of the moment once more. She had two, beautiful foals now, and that was all that mattered. "What will be their names, love?"
The young, hyper colt whinnied noisily and nuzzled his parents affectionattely as they came by, and fluttered unconciously, his contrasting wings. He was happy to be free, to see light, even though he really didn't know what that was yet. He was so curious, so new to the world. He wanted to know things, wanted to figure out what these people were to him, and he blinked as the bigger of the two of his parents went past him after a nuzzle, and turned around only to fall to his rump in shock. There was another one behind him! He blinked confused, noticing how she was colored was very unlike their parents, but then feeling that natural connection with her, and smiling happily, struggling back to his hooves and stumbling his way to her, following his mother and giggling as he flops down infront of the filly that was his sister, still trying to get up and nuzzle or observe his little sister, his cloven hooves clacking together unbalanced beneath him as he whinnied and bumped his nose with his sister's in a cute, affectionatte manner.
