So recently online the new Silent Hill movie was officially announced! The film will be titled Silent Hill: Revelations and will most likely follow the basic plot of Silent Hill 3 since the main character is Heather Mason. The original team who worked on the first film is said to return with a new director since the director of the first film is in prison. I won't put a link since there is no official trailer or sight yet but considering the amount of info I know it's true. You guys will just have to look iy up for yourselves! Haha sorry. sweatdrop

It's clips from the movie They with SH3 voices mixed in.
It's actually Roger Avary, the writer, who was in prison, but I believe he's out now. Michael J. Bassett will be both writing and directing this film. He's a fan of the first one and plans to bring back as many people from the creative team as he can, so we can probably expect something fairly similar to what we've already seen.

I have really high hopes for the new movie, and I can't wait to see it. Scenes in 3D would be amazing. Imagine the first silent hill movie in 3D eek Pyramid Head's blade coming through the metal door right at your face, the little bugs crawling out of the screen towards you. It would be insane. The barbed wire scene?!?! Nuts!
I really can't wait to see this now. Thanks for posting!

I'm not sure if I'm exited or nervous... Most movies based on things I like end up horrible. The 1st SH movie wasn't bad though, so maybe the next one will be good too... I hope...

The fan trailer irritates me because they don't credit the film they took the clips from & try to pass it off as legit on top of that. neutral
ohh, they can take some clips & dub a few voice clips into it. A+.

Apparently the fan-made trailer is from some movie called "They". I have to see it now it looks interesting. Did anyone else notice that ironically the next Resident Evil game is going to be called Resident Evil Revelations? xd

I read somewhere on the internet that there would be a new Silent Hill movie this year, but I had no idea that they had actually announced it. I'm really excited! I loved the first one - hopefully this one will be just as good, if not better! <3
