This RP is between Denji Haru Li (Divena and DivenasMom) and Louvia (ATh e a r t)  Splash! Splash! Denji grinned as he found yet another puddle to jump into. He was having a blast playing in the evidence of last night's rain. But then, Denji had always had fun splashing around in water. It was a bonus if he got covered in mud. He could be the swamp thing, then! He was busy pretending to chase imaginary pint sized people as he splashed through more puddles. He didn't notice the presence of anyone else. The young colt cackled as he stomped an invisible enemy.

Louvia poked her head out from where she had been hiding with her mother and siblings. The rain had made them go into hiding. Her mother had them she enjoys the rain immensely, but since they were still young, she hadn't wanted them to get sick.
The first step she took out on the mud, Louvia wasn't very sure if she really enjoyed this phenomenon called 'rain'. Sure, she knew the plants and animals needed it to survive, but it didn't mean she actually had to like it, right?
The last thing she heard was her mother telling her to be careful and come back to the spot before dark. The area seemed desolate, so how far off could she really wander? But the instincts from her mother and grandparents told her to wander.
Eventually, Louvia heard some noise and went towards it. She saw that it was a colt, not much older than herself, playing -- wait... Playing?! This foal was actually enjoying all this sticky mess! All Louvia could do was watch and stare, slightly confused...

"Hyyyaaaaaaaaaaaah!" he crowed as he kicked yet another puddle with a hindhoof. He grinned as the water sprayed backwards and coated.... another foal. "Oops...."

Louvia blinked a few times after the water landed on her face. Did this cold actually find all of this fun? All of this.. stuff got her hooves dirty, so she wasn't too pleased.
"Hi there," she still managed to greet with a smile. "Are you actually having fun with all of this... Mess?"
She motioned her head towards everything around her.

He blinked, ready to run for it. And then the filly spoke and smiled. Maybe she wasn't annoyed with him for getting her wet! That was great! He offered a tentative grin. "Yeah... it's a lot of fun. Do you wanna play?"

Louvia's ears twitched while she thought. She still didn't understand how any of this could be... Fun? "How do you have fun in this...?"
All she could see was the colt getting himself dirty in the puddles. "Wouldn't your momma get mad for you being all dirty?" She was thinking of her own mother, knowing that she would not be happy if Louvia got dirty.

"Um, maybe," he mumbled. She had a point. His mom probably wouldn't be happy if he came home covered in mud. "I can wash off in the river before I go home, though."

Louvia looked up at the sky and started to think. She knew there had to be some sort of river or stream somewhere around here, so she started to use her ears, wondering if she'd pick up any sounds of a clean water source. She came up empty, however.
She looked over at the colt again. Honestly, she would get dirty, but not that dirty. Normally she could just shake herself off and get most of it. The mud... seemed to stick.
"Would you like to come with me to look for something to clean yourself in?" She smiled a wide smile. Louvia liked having adventures, and inside, she was hoping that the colt wanted to as well.

Denji gave himself a thoughtful look. If he was all squeaky clean before his parents could tell him to wash up, then he'd probably get bonus points. Plus, it sounded like a fun adventure!
"Sure," he grinned at her, then paused to think. Had he asked her name? He didn't think he had. "I never caught your name."
