Another day and another class, one of the students he knew fairly well and knew her parent as well from a couple of run ins around D-Corp as well as from stories he heard from Ter who seemed to have taken a lot of the man's classes. Today things were being set up in the grassy terrain room with the small stream going through it, so that the girl's dragon would have plenty to do if she didn't want to participate in the class.

He looked down at the clipboard in his hand before smiling as he read over the new information that there was to be had. She had one of the new generation of dragons, huh? How exciting. As much as he enjoyed meeting and teaching his students he had just as much fun meeting their dragons when they go them. There were so many breed out there and they were all different from what he'd seen which always caused him such great interest. Not to mention it was fun when the dragons decided to participate or help out in the classes that he set up.

Today he had spent the morning blowing up a bunch of balloons of various sizes, shapes, and colors so that Saedah could work on her constricting skill. One that he was told by his son was quite important when it came to snakes of all sorts, even he used the skill he said despite being a venomous snake. How he used the skill Orpheus decided he didn't want to know given the cat like grin the cobra had on his face. Looking up at the clock on the wall Orpheus smiled, not to long now before his student arrived.

Orpheus gave a little chuckle as he watched the way that the girl came into the class room in a rather slow and very calm manner... and her dragon came into the classroom in a manner that was the exact opposite. He turned to follow the one Saedah had called 'Taavi' with his eyes before he turned back to his student, "That is one interesting looking dragon." He told the snake before before he reached down to pick up a balloon, tossing it to Saedah, "We are going to be working with these today, as well as with your coils. I hope your ready."

He turned to look over at Taavi, "And I hope your ready as well if you want to play as well?" He asked of the dragon, willing to let her play as well so long as the dragon wanted to. Not to mention drawing her into the class would, maybe, keep her from popping all the balloons before the class started.

Orpheus had to do his very best not to burst out laughing when the two girls seemed to jump about as high when the balloon was popped, "Surprising, huh? It does tell you when you get it right though... popping it I mean." He told Saedah and Taavi before he pointed at the rainbow of balloons that were laying around, "Which brings us to today's lesson which I am told is quite important from another snake I know, we are going to be constricting and popping balloons."

Though by 'we' he really meant 'Saedah' since he was kind of lacking in any and all coils himself. Still it would inspire more confidence in his student when he used 'we' since it would sound as though he were right there with her, "So! Have you tried to coil around things before, Saedah?" Best to see if it were something she had tried to do before so he would know how difficult this might prove to be. He knew that his students had varying degrees of knowledge of the skills he taught from knowing of them, having tried them before, and having them down well enough that they could pass their class with ease.

Orpheus nodded his head as he picked one of them up and looked it over, "Of course, I don't think it will be to hard for you to pop them other then the fact that they are all odd shapes and rather slick due to what they are made out of." He explained, looking it over.

"I figure its that or getting in a coil match with someone else who has the same skill... Ter offered to help if needed." He offered, in case she would rather do that instead of pop balloons. He didn't want her to be forced to do something that scared both her and her dragon but ti was the easiest way to go about it... especially when he was pretty sure that the Cobra wouldn't really let her win which would likely not help her since she already seemed to be rather lacking where confidence was concerned.

"Only only have to catch five of them, one at a time, with only your coils not hands, kinda like soccer. Once you catch them you pop them and that is how you will pass." He explained.

Orpheus watched closely as she tried to take on the balloon, wrapping herself around the first one and gave it a squeeze... which flinching and covering her face... and the balloon popped free of er hold before floating down to land on the grass with all of the others again. He blinked a couple times before chuckling, "Not a bad first try." He said in an encouraging manner, wondering if he should have picked a smaller number... maybe three? To late now though.

"Try to wrap more of your coils around it so that it can't escape?" He suggested to her, after all if she were trying to coil around something in the wild she wouldn't want it to get away... not that he could see this particular girl roaming around in the wild on her own.

Orpheus gave a jolt at all the screaming, lifting his hands up to cover his ears as it continued with both her and her screaming back and forth before Saedah fell over in a heap, "Well... that was... different." He murmured, crossing his arms over his chest for a moment, watching the pair before looking at Taavi, "Well, at least she got one popped?" He said to the dragon before he shook his head, reaching for the phone at his side, making a call before he reached a hand out to pat her on the head.

"I called in some help, should have brought him in earlier but I was hoping to do this class myself but... best that he come in for this particular student." If nothing else at least he was nearby today?

It didn't take to long before his helper in various classes arrived with Vorel following along behind him. The to pretty owl boy looked over to where Saedah was laying in a heap before he squeak and ran over to her, eyes wide, "Saedah!" He squeaked, kneeling down next to her, using a wing to fan her, "What did you do?"

Orpheus gave his ever motherly son a long look then sighed, "Nothing, the two of them scared the Hell out of each other and the she passed out." He explained doing his best not to laugh at the whole situation as his son tried to revive the fallen snake. She was... nothing like the other snakes he'd dealt with before that as for sure.

Orpheus crossed his arms over his chest then shook his head, "Come on now, it wasn't nearly that bad. This was the calmest class I could think of when it comes to the constriction class, it was this or her learning by doing with another snake and I am sure that she wouldn't have cared for that." He explained to the dragon, Geia, and Saedah all at once.

Ligeia gave a shake of his head before giving the snake girl a smile as she came to, "Hey, you alright? Seems that you fainted." He explained to her, wondering what exactly had been able to scare her so much that she had passed out... but at the same time he knew that she was a little skittish so he couldn't say he was terribly surprised, "Are you alright to continue your class? Or do you want to hold off for now and come back to it later?" He didn't want her to fail but thought maybe she could use a little walk and some water to help to calm her down.

He could feel his father's gaze on him and he turned to look at him, "What?" He asked, wings giving a flutter.

"She needs to finish the class for a passing grade. She is doing good, was able to pop one of the balloons before it startled her." He explained before looking at Saedah, "Come on, Saedah, you can finish this up easily enough, you just have to gather you courage!" Orpheus encouraged her.

Orpheus gave a bit of a chuckle when he saw the way that the dragoness ran from the balloon before he gave a slight shake of his head. So she was just like her partner in that manner, huh? Likely a good thing. He doubted that her getting a dangerous or bitey dragon would have over well... If balloons made her pass out something like a black dragon would have left her in a coma, "Come on now, as though I was being mean on purpose." He said to the dragon, crossing his arms over his chest, then shook his head.

Ligeia glanced up at his father for a moment then back to Saedah, giving her a smile, "I know that you can do it if you try." He told her in a reassuring and affectionate manner, giving her a smile and a hug, treating her how he treated those he cared for and loved, a somewhat motherly approach but that was just how he was, "I will be right here the whole time, promise. And just thing, after this you probably won't be popping any balloons again!" He understood learning constriction but he doubted she would ever go near a balloon again after this... her dragon would likely avoid them as well if the look on the creatures face was any indication, "Its okay pretty dragon, no reason to be afraid now." He said in draconic, hoping to soothe her as well by using her language.
