# Theatre -- Bell used to be the prema dona of the local theatre - often obtaining lead or highly important, complicated, roles. She first got in to acting at six years old. Having always been an overly dramatic girl, acting came easy to her. With that and her daddy's money, she has made quite a name for herself. A little over a year ago she had to quit her hobby in favor of, oh, protecting Destiny City from evil. Bell can talk your ear off about theatre. It brings a certain sparkle to her eye and a smile to her face.
# Singing -- Bellatrix loves to sing, which is just as well because many of the plays she's done have been musicals. She is a mezzo-soprano with a bolstering volume. Bell is somewhat prone to break out in to song when one fits a situation...and there is a song for just about any situation.
# Home Decor -- Bell likes to make her surroundings very visually pleasing. She learned how to sew by defacto (it was one of the responsibilities she picked up in theatre) and has since made the most gorgeous linens for her for her bedroom. That said, her room is usually always changing with new decorations fit for a princess. If Bell had a designer line it would most certainly be called; "Royal Extravagance." That said, she does do things tastefully, and you'd be hard pressed to find any sort of clutter in her apartment.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
# Hair: Long, Blonde, with just a hint of strawberry hue. Often worn in a braid 3/4 of the way down. Bell has short bangs that part in the center.
# Eyes: Light blue
# Face: Fair and heart-shaped, usually with a light blush to her cheeks, maybe some eyeshadow, and a pink-ish lipstick. She goes for the subtle colors.
# Body: Average build and fair skin. Bell loves food, but she makes sure to work it off.
# Fashion: Simple and modest. Usually shades of creme, light blue, and light pink. Her civilian cloths usually consist of a white blouse with a blue or pink pencil skirt that goes down to her knees, and either black flats or heels. Sometimes she'll wear the occasional form-fitting shirt -- usually v-neck with sleeves that come just above the elbow, or cute little pleated skirts, often with leggings underneath. In the event of cold weather, Bell loves sweaters and her brown boots with tan faux fur. Again, Bell will usually opt for skirts and leggings. Over all her fashion sense is rather modest.

VIRTUES
# Under Control -- Bell doesn't let her emotions cripple or control her. Not anymore, anyway. Bell has always been very sentimental about things, and used to she would act on impulse and emotion. She has grown, however, to think through all that and act more wisely and purposefully, although there is always the occasional obsession(I WILL protect you, damnit! or I WILL get this/that/theother, for instance) that will undermine her control. That isn't to say that you can't look at her and tell what she is feeling. No. She still is very much an open book visually, but as far as what she says or does, she has come to have much more control than she used to, although she does still cry at sappy movies. That ttly doesn't count though!
# Never gonna give you up~ -- Bell has a deep sense of loyalty and indebtedness. She'll always have the best interests of those close to her in mind, even if they protest at times, and she never lets a debt go unpaid. This makes her rather steadfast and reliable. She'll go to ridiculous lengths for her friends, and her biggest fear is letting them down, or being an all together disappointment. Sometimes she can become rather over bearing, however. This also extends to teachers/mentors/people of high importance/that she looks up to. However if you're just the general Joe holding open the door for her at the store, she probably wouldn't think anything of it, besides offering a thank you.
# Encouraging -- Bell tries her best to instill support and hope in others, and to inspire confidence and a will to get out there and do something, to obtain one's goals. Well,..unless you're evil. Bell is very good at being supportive, even if she says nothing at all. She believes that simply knowing you have someone in your corner is enough some times. Why does she do this? Because she wants to see others succeed where she hasn't. She wants people to live to their full potential and create a bright an shining future for themselves and everyone else.
FLAWS
# But Why? -- Bell needs to know the facts behind things. Growing up she seldom had anything really explained to her, and it was always very frustrating, because in her mind she needed to know the reason for what she was doing, why it had to be done that way, why such and such wouldn't work right if such and such didn't happen. This tend to be very annoying for most people, teachers especially, who felt that they didn't have time to waste on explaining things more in depth to Bell.
Bell finds it hard to really be motivated to act unless she knows why she is doing something - Why do I have to do this? Who will it benefit? What are we hoping to achieve? What will happen if we fail? Why can't I do this instead of this? Why does it- ...you get the point. Bell tends to shut down and dig her heels in when she doesn't get answers, and unless the circumstances are dire, she will not act until she has those answers, or figures them out for herself. Until she does, you can expect her to be rather obstinate and stubborn, and maybe a small irrational grudge to be harbored until you can win her favor back.
# Obsessive -- When she sees something she wants, Bell will do just about whatever it takes to obtain it within reason. Bell is prone to tunnel-vision when it comes to some things. She doesn't take kindly to losing once she has set her mind to something. And example of this would be obtaining a particular role, or even taking control of social situations. If she wants something to happen, she will become obsessed with making it so.
# I gonna let you finish but; -- Bell isn't going to hide her opinion, and if often apt to give her input on a situation, even if her opinion isn't exactly along the lines of the rest of the group. They say 'the nail that sticks up gets hammered down,' well Bell believes that in order to get hammered down, they have to hear you and pay attention to you. it is important to her that at least someone hears her and that what she has to say is made known, even if she does get shut down for it. It'll only fuel a powerful obsession with proving herself right.

Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Amazon Chakram
Effect; paralysis
Bellatrix uses her determination/will/personal fortitude to form the attack. Two golden glowing chakrams are formed from that energy and float just above her hands. When she throws them they do not cut the opponent, but rather it goes through them, incapacitating them with pain that is purely mental rather than physical. Lasts 1-2 minutes, leaving the opponent open to an attack.
The attack can be easily avoided, and deflected if Bellatrix is not focused enough.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Super Amazon Chakram
Effect; paralysis
Bellatrix uses her determination/will/personal fortitude to form the attack. Two golden glowing chakrams are formed from that energy and float just above her hands. When she throws them they do not cut the opponent, but rather it goes through them, incapacitating them with pain that is purely mental rather than physical. Bellatrix now has more control over the chakrams, being able to control, to an extent, their trajectory. Lasts 5 minutes or less, leaving the opponent open to an attack.
The attack can be easily avoided, and deflected if Bellatrix is not focused enough.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Amazon Fortitude Ring
Effect; temp. imprisonment / mental break.
Bellatrix uses her determination/will/personal fortitude to form the attack. Bellatrix raises her hands to the sky as she calls out her attack as a golden ring forms around her opponent that once fully formed they would have difficulty escaping from(once it is fully formed she is free to move her arms. The opponent would, ideally, have more difficulty the lower the rank they are. There is a possibility of escaping the ring as it forms. Once the ring has fully formed, ripples of influence pulse through the opponent, steadily breaking down their will to fight. Bellatrix must be very focused in order to deliver and hold up the attack. The ring can lust up to two minutes, during which Bellatrix can deliver several series of ripples, never exceeding five. The ring gets weaker with each pulse, eventually breaking if the max number is reached before the two minutes is up, or her concentration breaks.

Profile looks nice ma'am - my only request is that you elaborate on your But Why? flaw. She's obviously inquisitive - I assume inquisitive to the point that it makes people uncomfortable? Maybe even repel them away? Does she refuse to follow through with a task/order/request if she doesn't know the reason behind it? I understand that she has the need to question everything but describe how that makes it a flaw.
