I believe that there is a Super Sayan 6. A Sayan has 3 differant types of transformations each with 3 forms 1Super Sayan 1Super Sayan 1 2Super Sayan 2 3Super Sayan 3 2Ultament Sayan 1Ultament Sayan 1 2Ultament Sayan 2 3Ultament Sayan 3 3 Oozaru 1Oozaru 2Golden Oozaru 3Compact Oozaru A Sayan can use more than 1 of these transformations at the same time. Ultament Sayan 3+Super Sayan 1=The Legendary Super Sayan Compact Oozaru+Super Sayan 1=Super Sayan 4 Compact Oozaru+Super Sayan 2=Super Sayan 5 Compact Oozaru+Super Sayan 3=Super Sayan 6. Please comment on this theory.

Yes, there is a ss6 but there is also a more advanced theory
ss ss1 ss2 ss3 ss4 ssj5 ssj6 ssj7
I have followed the line since I was 5, the first Super Sai-jin was Gohan when he became very angry at Frieza for fighting mercilessly against goku taking cheap shots!

It only goes to SSJ4, IF you're counting GT.

eek
...This thread truly scares me. Have any of you even watched the show at all?? These are all of the Saiyan transformations:
Ozaru: Translates to "Great Ape", this one everyone knows about. Full moon, bruits waves, 10x power, etc.
Quasi Super Saiyan: A "false" SSJ, which has lots of power, golden aura, but not fully transformed. Used only by Goku in DBZ movie 4.
Super Saiyan: No explination needed.
Ultra Super Saiyan: The fan created term to describe Vegeta's transformation after using the Room of Spirit & Time. Increased Powers, but increased Ki consumption and loss of speed.
Ultra Super Saiyan 2: A stage only reached by Goku and Trunks, pratically the exact same thing as USSJ1, but with even power, muscles, and loss of speed.
Legendary Super Saiyan: A transformation reserved solely for Broli, being the Legendary Super Saiyan and all. Similiar to USSJ2, but seemingly without any of the drawbacks.
Super Saiyan 2: Like SSJ, strength and speed are all enhanced tremendously. Used by Gohan, Goku, and Vegeta.
Super Saiyan 3: Little explination needed. Huge hair, huge power, massive Ki consumption. Used only by Goku and Gotenks.
Golden Ozaru: Basically, the Super Saiyan version of an Ozaru. The original Super Saiyan was rumored to be of this type, since there is a golden silhoutted Ozaru in the background of when Vegeta is thinking about the Legend (Namek Saga).
Super Saiyan 4: Attained by regaining rationality while Golden Ozaru. As expected, everything is enhanced, with very little draw backs (if any).
Other Stuff:
Full Power SSJ: A term used to describe Gohan and Goku after exiting the Room of Spirit and Time. This is NOT a new transformation, just a much more highly trained version of their original SSJ states.
"Mystic" Super Saiyan: A fan coined term for Gohan, after recieving his power up from the elderly Grand Kaioshin. This is not a true SSJ stage, as it has nothing to do with being a Saiyan at all.
Super Saiyan 5: A stage that is only HINTED at in GT; when Bulma is discussing how to change Vegeta into SSJ4, she suggests that using Bruit waves would help Vegeta surpass the regular power of SSJ4. To which, Vegeta says: "Go ahead Kakarrot, bring on your SSJ4, or 5, or whatever. I don't care."
And that's it: no real SSJ5, and especially nothing beyond it. You're looking at THE complete list.

What would be the point of SSJ 5-7? Is there even an enemy so powerful that would make those transformations necessary?

It's not a set rule that each Saiyan stage has to have three levels. The main stages are ss, ss1, ss2, ss3, and ss4. There are many "hidden" stages between those such as those achieved by individual warriors during DBZ and GT but they do not count as actual stages or levels. Any levels beyond ss4 are nothing but fanart and cannot be considered actual levels. If we believe that, then I could easily make up a small comic and invent ss1000 and that would be true. Don't believe everything you hear.
