Ok everyone, I am about to make some major changes to this guild to get it more active, and flow even better. Some of you may not like it, this could even cause some issues between how you all feel about me.

The idea is to give me full power over the guild for a time being. I cannot tell you how longer I will stay in complete control, but it might last for a good little while. This means I will have control over who becomes a captain, this does not effect those who are already captains, so do not fret about losing your captain's seat.

I will also be having a clean out in most locations, including that of this universal hall, and other locations.

I will also be putting a person into the seat of Espada leader, it is going to be Kaicho, but he will have to make a few promises to me, and he will become a vice captain as well to further help me with this.

However all captains, and Espada will be crew, any other rank will lose that chair seat unless I believe them to be worthy of having the seat of crew.

Other things may be changed as well, including the number of guild wide role plays allowed at one time.


In all technicality this is not truly an option to be voted on, it is something that is infact going to happen, however I do want to hear all your opinions on this matter, and your vote, for those who actually read this.

Now starting about either tomorrow, or the day after, the 12th, it will go into effect. I know it may not be the most enjoyable thing for you all to come across after so long of us working "together" on making the guild a better place, but lately it has not become such a place, it has begun dying in a terrible way, so we need to revive it, and this is the best way to do it.

There is something you can all do to help.

I wan you, and all others to invite friends to join this guild, and your squads. I would also like to have something added in to every squad as well, a new ranking system type. I have it set up in my squad already, in a sense of my perfected version of it in another guild. It actually should improve squad activity for each squad, because it will create a few more mini role plays, and have 3 team sets to further help activity within the squad. I will go into more detail on this later.

We will see about it dakota, I will have to over view the test as well.

Red, you informed me on this on IMVU, but I cannot accept this. I know we have talked about keeping the past out of things, but resent past, (last 2 months, Kaicho tried to destroy this guild. I know, I have the screen shots for anyone who didn't see it. I, and two other people fixed this guild to what you see now. It took too much time and me and one other person vowed to leave if that person became crew again, we would leave. I say this too, me and this person are some of the most active members in this guild, and have been for a long time. Redd, this is a threat, If Kaicho doesn't get demoted in the next two days, I am leaving SRotS, my tinychat will no longer be used for this guild, and I will take the Tamkai system with me, seeing that Ichirou all my gave me control of the Tamkai system. I have the pm to prove that too. I love this guild with all my heart, but I will not see it destroyed by that man. You may consider this as a step too far, but you weren't active when this guild was hurt.

Frankly I don't see any issue in any of this. I don't have a problem with Reddeye having the power for a while. I believe I actually suggested something like it on IMVU. As long as it helps this guild, I don't really care who the hell has crew and who doesn't.

Meh, stop with the bickering. Honestly have no idea what happened with Kaicho and the guild two months ago, but from how you put it Kage, you fixed it correct? And for two main pillars of the guild to just up and leave because of one person doesn't seem right. If anything happens again, you can fix it again, hell I'll even help this time. There really isn't any point in anyone leaving the guild at this point, it hurts the guild more than helping it.

Anyway, to the main point... If it's for the sake of raising much needed activity than I agree with allowing Reddeye with the power he needs, however I say that a council is still required for advice.
