This is me. Don’t like me? That’s too bad.~*~*WARNING* The following rant is both long and...well, actually, it's just long.I hate people who are stereotypical! Geez, okay, I'm Chinese, and instantly the people at my school assumed that I was short, and good at math. I'm not short, I'm just somewhere in the middle. I'm not good at math, think twice. I can do math, with no difficulties, but trust me, I'm not good at it if you were to ask me a split-second questions. Gahh! It goes with everyone at my school, so if you were to ask anyone, the instantaneous answer would that me that Chinese people are short and good at math [and wear either glasses, retainers or braces] and cheap. As my teacher has said in the past, "if we were to believe such stereotypes, what's the point of getting to know people now?" I'm so tired of having to deal with people who assume what you are before they get to know you.

Pretty short rant if you ask me... But yeah I hear you. And besides I'm like, a head taller than you and I'm Japanese/Chinese.
Remember last year?
But yeah stereotypes are something I hate, Canada is just like the US, we don't have mounties... We don't live in snow 24/7 and we don't say "ehhh" after every sentence...

'Don't have mounties' Yeah we do...RCMP -Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
though we don't say eh after every sentence, we do actually say it a lot. though most use it to grab the attention of others when asking a question.
Just like in New York, they have their own little saying, 'huh' but they scarcely use it, it's only because it's different that we notice it.
Stereotypes can be wrong, very wrong but when you imagine a basketball player, what do you see? I see a really tall person with a shoe size that can compare with the size of tires razz Doesn't mean all basketball players are that way. It's just a starting point.
When I think Chinese I think a tad under average height to the higher side of average, black hair, and smart. Though I never really attached the smarts to math =/ Either way, my friend is Chinese, she is just over the average height, a genius, and probably one of the most understanding people I know.
Now when I think American... *string of insults* wink Just kidding.
but my point is just because someone uses a stereotype as a starting point doesn't mean they automatically think this or that, they can estimate. Just like if a cop goes to a murder scene, they can assume it's a Caucasian male because (forgive me if my numbers are wrong) 70% of murders are committed by male Caucasians.

A place where I can rant... cool. though, i have rants off and on. o.o everytime i do them i instantly get angry at myself... just for posting them on gaia. But this place if for that right?
Okay, well I HATE people who hate people just because they talk to a guy they or their friends like (BEWARE OF DRAMA!) Like, people who don't even know you, get mad and get all of their friends and more to hate you just because you texted the most popular freaking guy in school for one whole day about stuff that was stupid with your best friend. This guy is like a player too, and has a new GF every month.
So than they start going around calling you ugly, pale, stupid, wierd, emo, bitchy, dumb, nerd, and retarded.
But I never even met these people! scream
Trust me, none of that leads too good intentions. You hate someone? Unless they've done anything bad to you, shut it. Cuz you can start pretty bad fights that way.
((Icee you know what Im talking about. Triston?))

xXSilenced EchoesXx ╔═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ If you find its me you're missing, if you are hoping I will return. To your thoughts I will soon be listening.
And in the road I will stop and turn. Then the wind will set me racing as my journey nears its end. I hate people who blame someone's friend for that someone's unpopularity. Honestly, just because they don't "hang out" with the popular crowd, doesn't mean that they're a loser. [Divineity, you know what I mean] Besides, just because they've done one thing [or even nothing] the rest of the school turns against them and hates that one person. What if they had never done anything? It's really unfair to that one person. Another thing, if every guy in the school likes a certain girl [happens every year...] and that girl spends her entire time at school with a certain guy, and ignores everyone else, everyone assumes that they're together, that the other guys are stupid to like her, and that whoever was 'lower' on the 'popularity chart' should never have thought of that in the first place. It's mean, and I hate watching my friends go through that. Now don't get me wrong here. I'm not popular, but I'm not unpopular. I choose to be myself, and people on both sides are able to ask me for advice. I think the joy is that everyone trusts me, and that no one cares about what I would do with that information. I also don't talk while others rant. It's impolite. [and also, interrupting someone while they're mad and ranting gets you nowhere]
I also hate watching people insult others because of one thing they did. ONE thing. Something that happened three years ago, and still insulting them. [hate to dwell on the past, but examples; kicking someone in the ... [[fill in the blank]], fighting with your best friend over a guy who cheats on you, and insulting someone] I'm tired of watching my friends suffer because of the past. It shouldn't be happening, and I don't get why it goes on.
I also hate this girl in my class, who dumped her boyfriend [she's had three in the past year] telling him that she didn't want to feel like a 'slut'. The next week, that boy was sick [I assume love-sick, not just the flu sick] and we saw at least three other guys flirting with that girl. I hate hypocrites.
I also hated those people who said that just because you like someone that everyone else hates, it makes you a stupid fool. That was me, the person who was constantly insulted, and eventually, I was really depressed. However, that guy graduated last year, and I was left alone. So I'm kind of happy, but kind of sad because the person I liked last year graduated as well. It doesn't mean that I haven't moved on though...
And the path I will be retracing when I am homeward bound again. ╚═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

Divineity324~ don't call me by my real name, there's a reason why I didn't use it as my username.
And you probably couldn't make me change it...I'm not going to fight with you, I just don't like plain posts anymore. You know I prefer colours over nothing. [I could probably write a rant about this.]

I'm fine with format but when there's that many lines without spacing the words bleed into eachother for me. That's all.
