THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO ALL BUT ONLY NEWBIES CAN WIN THE STUDENT!Following the events at the Crypt, the strange opponent was indeed waiting for our protagonist, hereby dubbed 'Steve' to challenge them in a duel of sorts.
"Wait!" Began Steve, waving his arms around a bit, as he saw the other's eyes gleam. "I don't even know you you are!"
The stranger paused. "'Didn't you get the mail?"
"What mai-"
"-IT DOES NOT MATTER FOR I, "GREED" WILL DEFEAT YOU"

VERSUS GREED:Well, it turns out that Greed is secretly a minipet whore. He has quite the most amazing stash of minipets, and he wants to compete to see who has better, more awesome minipets, even if it means flinging them at Steve.
Rules:
- Greed will randomly post a minipet at ANY TIME DURING THE DAY in THIS THREAD
- You must COUNTER with the EXACT SAME MINIPET from colouration, to species to stage! Please post the IMAGE BBCODE URL from your own account, you cannot post someone else's minipet or you will disqualified.
- If noone has the correct minipet he "hits", if someone does you (playing as Steve) "hit" him
- Anyone can post for points if they have the CURRENT MINIPET until a staff says that the next minipet request is up. You cannot post prior minipet requests after the current one is closed.
- FOR EXAMPLE: I post minipet request A. I then tally up winners and post minipet request B. You can only post request B now, and cannot post A ones anymore (ie: you missed out)
- Requests will be posted sporadically throughout the THREE days, so make sure to catch as many as you can!
- He has 20 HP
- Once he is defeated, all participants who have collected more than 10 points will be put into a raffle for 'Greed' (renameable)
- Once again only newbies can win Greed
- If you have a student you can participate, if you manage to get 10 or more points, you will win a silver pumpkin seed! (2 for 20 points)
- His "shadowed out" preview will be revealed as more and more minipets are countered

Q: Why newbies only?
- We wanted this first event to be open to those who have had bad luck in events in the past or have set their eyes on the shop. Don't fret though, I'm sure there will be plenty of other chances in the future for non-newbies as well...
Q: Do I need my own minipet account?
- Yes
WHAT IS AN IMAGE BBCODE HOW DO I LINK THIS
- After signing up and adopting pets, go to your "my pets" link. Click on a pet. Click on the "get code" link. Select the option that says for "BBCode forums". This is what you will be copying and pasting when asked for a minipet request.

EXAMPLE:Greed Greed snarls, "Oh yeah?! How about this!"  HP: 20 In this example, Greed is asking for a Stage 2 Demon Cat. Even though Cleaning Gnome Bob posted first, he posted the incorrect pet. In addition, he posted one of Maru's pets -- no points for him. Zoo, however, posted the correct pet. Zoo gets a point in addition to knocking Greed's HP off by one. Only the first person to post the correct pet knocks one of Greed's HPs off. Maru, while she posted the correct pet (Demon Cat), it's the wrong stage. She doesn't get a point.
