Its on of the more cooler items for this event, and in my opinion I think it will go up. So if that were to happen I've bough about, lets say 40. Do you think it will rise?

Well it's not only a Halloween-themed item, it's also good for cosplaying (Lady GaGa Disco Stick for example).
I think it would, in the long run.
Especially since it's a one-per-Gaian item.

This item is more likely to be good for a long-term hoard (we're talking 1-3 years, here). If you can wait that long, then yes, the price will increase, and yes, you will make a profit. heart
