 It was another one of those lazy days for Ibala. The days where she could just lay out on a nice rock enjoying the sun and think of how great the day was. And that is what she was doing just now. Tail flicked every now and then as the leopardess sunned herself on a decent sized rock that gave her a good overlook of the land around her. Today was a bit quiet, no one had walked by in quiet some time, not that it bothered her all that much, Ibala was always positive that she would meet someone new or just have fun somehow.
She recalled the when she met that lovely purple wild dog a few days back. He had been so fun to talk to that she wished he would wander by again, then maybe she could ask him more about his family, or where he lived or if he did in fact know that grey female she had met a few days prior. A small thought crossed her mind and Ibala couldn't help but giggle a bit remembering how she had went to lead him to that watering hole that day and he disappeared as if he had never been there. It was like he was a ghost or something and it made her wonder if he was even truly real that day. Imagine if it had all been a dream, that thought made Ibala laugh a bit more as she rolled onto her back to sun her stomach for a bit.

 Tamaki had wondered away from his family today to explore the lands. The skies were calling to him today, he was on the move. The large lion was despite his size a very gentle and has he moved he did his best to not even ruffle a single blade of grass as he moved. It would pain the large purple lion if he harmed the nature as he walked.
As Tamaki walked something purple caught his eye and he turned his head. It made the lion smile when he saw that it was a leopard purched a top a rock. He excitedly turned and bounded towards the large rock that the other creature perched a top sunning herself. As he approached it he took a seat. THere would be no way that the purple lion could be mistaken as threatening but he still always tried to be as friendly as possible. "Hello there" he said in greating his deep voice very jolly.

The voice snapped her out of her short trip to lala land and Ibala turned her head to see just who was talking to her. When her eyes fell upon the purple and black lion she smiled widely. This was her day, it was always so great to meet a fellow purple hided beast, no matter what the species was. This lion however looked much more interesting than that wild dog she met a few days back, for his black mane was a huge contrast to his pale purple body. Oh and look at those stripes on his legs, weren't those the cutest things ever! Rolling onto her stomach Ibala let out a short giggle.
"Well hello there!" The cheeriest in her voice was unmistakable. "Isn't it just the most lovely day to enjoy the suns warmth? And my look at your purple pelt, it is so lovely and the mane I just want to touch it." Ibala had always loved the feel of a puffy mane against her paws but so few lions allowed her the luxury of touching theirs. Perhaps this lion would allow her to do so later on.

Tamaki smiled at the odd leopardess. He found her very interesting, she was so friendly and didn't seem to have any problem sharing her thoughts outloud. He found it indearing that she liked his mane so much and wanted to touch it... perhaps he should let her. He was intruiged by her spots, he had never seen someone that looked like her. Looking up at the sky he thought about her second comment.
"Yes it really is a glorious day, everything is singing with life." Tamaki liked to think he was in touch with the world around him, with nature and other living things. Everything was interconnected and alive in one way or another. "Would you mind terribly if I were to join you a top your rock?" he asked the purple leopardess.

Everything was singing with life? Ibala tipped her head slightly and she strained her ears to hear this supposed singing. After a few moments she realized that there was no singing to be heard, or perhaps she just wasn't listening hard enough. Oh well, it didn't matter that she couldn't hear it. All that mattered right now was that she had this lion to talk to and he seemed nice and friendly. His question made her giggle slightly. "I wouldn't mind at all." She told him as she moved over just a bit to make sure there was enough room for him to join her. "So what brings you out to this lovely spot today?" Maybe he lived around here, or was just passing through much like herself and had decided to stop and enjoy the scenery before moving on.

Tamaki settled himself next to the purple leopardess. "Ah what brings me here is that I live here. Or well close to here." Tamaki had lived in this area all his life, it was home. Of course he didn't have any claims to the land, he would never even try to claim lands as his, lands were there own. It was for this reason that the lion would never join a pride.
"How about you my friend, do you like to stay around here, or are you a traveler? Living on many lands?" Tamaki had always wondered what it would be like to travel but his home was with his father, and his father had always been here.

"Oh you live around here, that's wonderful." She stated in an bit of an overly exuberant way. Then again there was little in life that Ibala didn't find interesting in some way, it was hard to get the upbeat leopardess down. "I travel around quite a bit, always looking for friendly faces to meet, like you!" Ibala smiled widely at him, now that he was closer she could fully appreciate his size, coloring and even more so now wanted to play with his soft poofy mane. "Some say I'm a bit of a free spirit, never really calling any place home. But I think home is where you are at the time, so right now this is my home." Her head nodded to confirm her own words. Yes home was where your paws were, it was something you could never roam too far from.
"Have you lived here all your life?" And then she became very excited. "Oh! Is there anything interesting around here? I love seeing new things." Then she realized she had forgotten something important. "My name is Ibala, what is yours?"

Tamaki smiled the leopard was overly friendly he found it entertaining. "Ibala it is nice to meet you. I am Tamaki." he spoke slower compared to the leopardess he was guessing that she was very excited.
"Hmm around here what is there." Tamaki looked around. "Lets see there is a lake not to far to the east and there is a pretty cool cave not to far down to the south." he told her. "The cave is usually unoccupied by anything other then a few birds." he told her.... he himself wasn't frightened by exploring a cave, but he thought others might be.
"I suppose there isn't too much exciting I guess, its just all I have known. Perhaps one day I will travel more, I must say that I am a little interested in what else is around the world. Perhaps one day I would be able to see the mountains or maybe the ocean." he smiled his eyes glowing at the thoughts. "If you have been a traveler then you must have seen lots of exciting things!"

"Oh Tamaki, that's such an interesting sounding name!" She had met plenty of lions and other creatures that also had interesting names, but at this very moment she thought Tamaki was the most interesting name of all. "Does it mean anything? I know there are some lions that have names with meanings but others don't. I wonder how a parent would pick a name for their cub that had a meaning. I mean would they know that that cub would grow up to be brave like their name meant or just pick it because it sounded nice and didn't really consider it's meaning." She was rambling again but didn't really seem to notice it, or care that she was doing so.
"A cave huh? Well that sounds like a neat place to visit. I don't think I've been to a cave before, I tend to stay where there are lots of trees, since I love climbing trees. I wonder if it's possible for trees to grow in a cave, it's probably too dark in there for them. What do you think?"
Ibala let out a bit of a giggle. "Oh yes thee are lots of exciting things to see when you travel. New places, new faces. Oh so wonderful!" But then her face scrunched up for a moment and her ears drooped slightly. "It's sad though..." She began and paused, letting out a sigh before continuing. "But I don't think I would be able to see everything that's out there in my lifetime." She perked up again almost instantly. "That's why I try to see as much as possible each day!"
