I can't say for sure, you'll have to ask the other members.

Personally, I think it'll go down. I love the item animated, but when its not, it's just the insignia without the black and white effect. That upset a lot of people including myself, so it lost most of its appeal already.

To answer your question, I'm sure it'll go down. Ask the other members for their opinions as well though.
