Yes you read that right. I want the guild to have an equal chance to have their voice and I think having half the VC guild voted in is the way to do it. There will be one VC for every page in the guild and each with have a special job. For example: VC of removing and banning or VC of Rules.
That kind of thing. After the first of October voting in will begin. Though someone has to nominate someone from the list I made. This people are people who've done something for the guild or I know I can trust. I will tell you in the past I have be burned for this kind of thing and I hope the guild doesn't abuse this.
One last thing. Each VC will pick two crew of their own choosing. The Nominated can remove their name from the list if they don't want to be in the position of VC. Also note that I may pick these people to be my half of the VCs. Also I may add more as time goes on.

So I have a thought on this Event of Crave's...
Since it seems to be limited to those available and able to fight and or negotiate, how would everyone feel about running a side event for those not going?
I'd be more than happy to launch a monster of some kind at the school while the higher ups are away so the students have to band together to take it down. It can be sent by some mystical evil force that's decided it wants to take out the school which can become a rare but over-arching plot for everyone in attendance.
Thoughts?

That's a good idea. I was thinking the limit well was a limit. That could work. However we used our announcement of the day (I think it's only one a day) so you'll have to announce it tomorrow.
The story idea works because Len will be away from protecting the school.

This thread doesn't seem to be getting much love which makes me a little worried that we, as a crew, aren't that organized. Could I get a shout out from the other VC's about what their plans are for the upcoming month? Events? Activities? Or maybe a recap of what you've been doing this past month just to get us all up to speed?
I for one have been doing almost nothing Crew related as this month was a by-month for banning in the spirit of the holidays. For the upcoming months, I'm drafting ideas for events and the over-arcing plot of Reeds.

I know. It scares me too. Bara is on here and there so really the only two talking with me are Jitter and you.
As for banning/removing it was for Dec only. I need to find the name of girl who joined, but, lost someone soon after joining. I told her that I'd give her the room that she needed.

I'll presumably be free most of this month, barring tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. As for current activities, I'm working on Rp's to get the Parallel Worlds Forum up and running to hopefully bring some more activity.

I must apologize for my inexcusable absences lately. I'm quite stressed from trying to get into college. Since I can't drive yet, I am studying for it, hopefully I'll pass the permit exam and finally get the road test done.

I have a suggestion for the Parallel Universe sub-forum, it goes hand in hand with a ranking system I found incredibly neat.
It's called the Star System. Through events and crew, RPers can earn Stars toward perks within the guild. For example, the upcoming tournament, there will be categories for winning Stars like Crew Favorite, Best Fight, Best Post, etc. Stars are also awarded monthly by each VC for whatever reason they choose, whether it be to someone who made a rather epic post or someone who has improved their RPing drastically. These Stars would be used to allow RPers to make their own thread in the Parallel Universe as it would show that they are mature and RP sound enough to create and maintain their own thread. You don't spend Stars, but when you reach a certain number of them you are given privileges.
I'm volunteering (regardless of re-elections) to take up tracking and documenting Star counts. In addition, I'll set up a shop to make Student and Staff IDs that denote a users Star count that they can drop in their signatures Lemme know what cha think!

On the note of improving the RP skills. Not count Meina or I (Let's face it I'm not always the best poster. I am Just staying above most of the time) who do you think should join the group.
