Hello! The crew has been discussing things and thought we might make a thread to help you get to all of us at once! Now, if you wanted to talk to the crew, you could always just pm one of us. The purpose of this thread would be to make sure the whole crew can see your question or problem and discuss it together. That way, not just one crewmember is giving you their personal solution to your problem. So if you have something you wish for the crew to discuss, be it an idea or a problem, complaint or whatever, you may post it here if you so wish to! We guarantee you will receive a response from us in private, or in this thread (If it isn't too much of a private issue) without worry as quickly as we can.

Okay, here's your first question, although it's a very selfish and specific one: How can I fit into the Rp as I am now?
I was Rping with Kurai, but she seemed to have dropped out for the time being so my character lies in limbo in Dealing With Cause. While I don't want to screw up the time/space continuum and somehow insert him randomly elsewhere, I still have an unused Legault to put somewhere, and would like to know where he would work. If there is any place the crew, as they are Rping, deems fit for the character, i'd just like to be told so.

We decided to go with a public response for this question. Here are some answers from the crew for you: More may be added, perhaps soon. Let us know if this was helpful~
Response 1:
You don't have to keep your character in one roleplay~ When the roleplay moves, you move too. As Legault, you should try to put him where he can meet other characters. For instance, he could show up in the endgame prep thread for Eyris if it makes sense for him to do so. You should maybe establish how Legault got to Eyris? As you must know, characters from Elibe who weren't born in Learania had to come through the door according to our current backstory. There is more information on the door in the Learanian Legacies forum.
Response 2:
Dealing Out Cause is over now- You may not have moved, but time did.
Not every detail about what your character does has to happen as it happens. Realistically, your character would be doing something, even if we're not seeing it. Where would your character go? What would your character do? The Preparation thread is in motion- the battle to come will be at eyris, and will naturally affect your character. You can leave your character in limbo, or you can choose to go with implied action and move him to where we see him again.
As for Legault, you can do the same as you did for Saifer as you please for this event, albeit at endgame. Or, you can wait and bring him in at the next event. If you wish for him to do something special or appear somewhere special, even start as an enemy unit, you can contact us privately and we'll help you further.
Response 3:
There's no point being self conscious in the RP. Find a person and ask them to help you come in, or just come in in a way that people can't ignore you, or stuff like that. RP is not meant to be scary!

Hey, I'm new to RPing, & I was wondering if you could give me some tips on how to.... uhh.... RP. Also, would it be possible to join in one that has already started? Like, how would I do this? Also, my favorite character from Fire Emblem is Idenn/Idoun. I'm still waiting for a card for her aswell, so do you know how long this may take? (Sorry for the newbness that is me...)

No, I'm reading it now though.
EDIT: Okay, I have finished reading it. I understand how everyone got here & all now, but I just wanted some help learning how to RP. & I guess I phrased that badly, I meant to ask how I would jump in an RP. Like, would I just start posting, or would I have to have been signed up or something?

And if you want a canon character, be sure to go through the right channels to get your choice approved and all that.
And then figure out a way to dump then into the Eyris Siege, maybe ;D
The general modus operandi people use for explaining their characters' appearance into Learania (assuming they're not OF Learania to begin with) is they're traveling as per usual and wind up in Learania inexplicably. Be it from taking a wrong turn, opening a door, or falling from the sky. Feel free to be creative wink

I actually think someone else has already claimed Idoun, though I could certainly be wrong on that. This would be where to go to request a canon-character if you don't have one, and this would be where to see who's currently available (and it would appear Idoun IS currently available based on it, unless it's inaccurate or hasn't been updated in a while). ...And as I RP (much more personified, developed, human-form possessing) FD, a well done Idoun would be very interesting to interact with at some point ;D

If you want to see if you have ever been approved as a character there is the Official Character List you can check. Here it is But as far as the list goes, I think you have to wait for someone to approve you as that character. You can check the Character Request area for more information on that, and if no one approves you, then you can try pming a crew member nicely. They do have lives as well and don't always check that topic.
