Lynn sighed taking her seat at her new desk, she was nervous to say the least. This was her first teaching job and she was nervous about making a good impression on everyone. She had posted a paper outside her door welcoming anyone who wanted to talk to her or take her class. She tugged on her skirt and sat down. This should be fun.

 Kyo walked into the classroom clutching her books shyly. She noticed she was the only one in the class and found a desk to sit in that was at the row against the wall. She took out a notebook and some pens and waited for the class to start.

Lynn smiled at the girl her ears moving to the sound and her nose twitching to the new smell.
"Welcome to my class, before I start anything I want to get to know you. I don't know how many class mates you'll have so lets chat for a bit then we will get started. How does that sound?" She asked moving from her chair and limped to the desk next to the new girl in her class.

Kyo's ears perked up at the voice, her eyes darted to the teacher then back at the desk nervously.
"Sounds good" she said quietly "..um...what would you like to talk about?" she wasn't sure what she should say.

Lynn smiled and giggled a bit, the girl reminded her of herself when she was in school. "First I would like to know your name." She smiled sitting in the desk her right leg a bit stiff.

"Kyo" she said "Kyo Howlett" she then added "I'm..new here" she said because she couldn't think of anything else to say.

Lynn smiled again holding out her hand to shake. "My name is Lynn Taylor, you can call me Ms. Taylor, Lynn, or any variation. It is very nice to meet you Kyo."

"Its nice to meet you too Ms. Lynn" Kyo said shaking her hand with a small smile. she then added "I've never been to a school before. I'm glad I made it to the right class."
She then cocked her head to the side and asked politely. She wondered if she should tell her she was a were wolf or if there was anything else she'd like to know about her.

Lynn smiled sniffing the air, she knew the girl was a werewolf, she would let her tell her so, in time. "I'm glad you made it here too, it is wonderful to have you in my class. There are two questions I want the answers to. One: Is there anything else you'd like me to know? Two: What do you want out of this class? That is, what would you like to learn?"

Kyo cocked her head to the side giving this some thought.
"Um well, I'm 16, I grew up with 7 other kids, and I seem to get lost easily" she said the last part almost to herself then added in afterthought "As for what I'd like to learn, everything I can. Like i said I've never been to a school before so I..um, want to learn everything I can while in Blue Moon"
She considered telling what she was, but decided to wait a bit.

Lynn smiled nodding, this would be enough for now. "Well you came to the right class. If you've never been to school before I can help you make that transition. Do you have any questions before we begin?" She asked standing by putting one hand on the desk table in front and behind her.

Derek walked in the classroom with his headphones on. Bobbing his head to the music.
Jez strolled in the room looking at her schedule it said she had this class along with Derek her eyes narrowed when she spotted the girl who was already there.
"Well hell' she drawled "If it isn't the puppy"
"Jez" Derek warned under his breath so only the vampire girl could hear him. He didn't care about Jez's prejudice. She could not afford to get kicked out of school again.
He smiled cockyly at the girl who was sitting with the teacher and winked at her.

Kyo growled her ears going flat aginst her head wen she noticed Jez.
Her luck could NOT be so bad.
She then noticed Derek and looked down blushing a bit. She could feel no ill intent coming from him but she could sense something.

Ruth walked in nearly tripping over three desks. She opened up her book and stared at the stained pages, as if she were reading.

Lynn limped to her teachers desk seeing the ill blood between the two girls, that was something she would have to work on. "Welcome everyone!" She smiled. "Pick a seat and tell me a little bit about yourselves." She said her nose twitching to the smells, remembering all the sent of all the students.
