So I've decided to start from scratch and appoint mods based on a somewhat democratic system. Everyone (including myself) will be required to obtain initial 5 recommendations from regulars to obtain a moderator post. The moderator panel will be updated quarterly, and each moderator will have to obtain 5 additional recommendations every 3 months to keep their moderator post. This is to ensure that everyone feels they are consistently being treated fairly by the moderators.

Eh, I was a mod before this guild was actually even the Mafia Guild.
I'm not fit to run a guild *Pushes his guild away into the corner*
Can I nominate Dess? Honestly, not just cause... well... we're doing it. But really, I think she'd get s**t done as a mod. And I know she want it
I can still run mafias and s**t without being a mod.

@Wylr: Alright. But she's gotta nominate herself before she's promoted.
Same goes for anyone who wants to nominate anyone else; I don't want anyone who doesn't want to do the job to feel forced into it by nominations, so they'll ultimately have to ask for the job to get it.

I enforce Wylr's nomination of Dess and recommend her. She does a really good job of keeping everything organized.
I'd also like to nominate Ota, Allegro, and LPS.
Ota was really dilligent at making new and interesting mafias and is a very fair person.
Allegro is a badass and he gets stuff done.
LPS because she does things too

Well, why not? I'll enter myself for nominations.
I have innitiative, I'm fair, and I write new mafias from time to time. In fact, I sat out this mafia just so that I could finalize the ones I have written so far so I could start to add the other ones I have come up with. I also help keep the Maniac Game Nights thread up to date with Owwin.

I was only mod cause I made one incomplete mafia. p: I can't run, yet, and I'm too lazy to finish my ideas, and I'd like new mods. Most, and myself, weren't even helpful. Course it's not like I don't want to be a mod again. >.>;

Just for the sake of just-in-case, I wanna run, but with a different attitude about the whole thing.
Although, I can make/run mafias with or without, but it'd still feel weird not LOOKING important.
