CUSTOM INFORMATION Customs are a way for you to get the Wayward of your dreams! There are a few different types, such as colour customs, edited customs, and cosplays! Read on for more info.
Non-Growing Colour Custom: 20k
A colour custom is the most basic of customs. It allows you to choose the colour(s) of your child and a design or pattern for their fur and/or clothing. You can also choose the child's gender, stage, and a basic hairstyle (samples of most styles can be seen in the Previews post).
Note: Perma-kids will only be allowed for OCs or cosplays, where it makes sense for them to exist.
Growing Colour Custom: 40k
These customs are the same as a non-growing custom, but will begin at the child stage and grow up into an adult.
Edited Custom: 65k-200k, depending on difficulty of edits
Basically, an edited custom is anything that involves edits, but is not a cosplay. Edits include things like jewelry, clothing edits, unique hairstyles, unique clothing, ear and tail edits, and so forth.
The prices can vary greatly for this type of custom, since the level of editing can differ so much. Edited customs can range from minor edits at the lower end of the price range to major edits at the higher end of the price range. Be sure to get a price estimate from the colorist you plan on commissioning before ordering your custom.
Note: Reference pictures = Love and puppies. D: If you don't provide a reference for something, and it comes out done wrong, that's your own fault.
Cosplay Custom: 200k-400k, depending on difficulty of edits
Cosplays, whee! 8D These involve... well, cosplays. Waywards based off of a character from a pre-existing series (anime/manga, video game, movie, TV show, etc) or a real-life person (actor, musician, fashion model, etc). Pretty much anything you want, edit-wise, short of a different species. As with minor edit customs, be sure to get a price check beforehand, and be sure to include lots of reference pictures.

Uber Custom: 500k+
You want it? You've got it! ;O This category allows you to create a whole new species for your Wayward. Want an elephant Wayward? A moose? This is the slot for you. =O They are, however, hard to come by, and since they involve quite a lot of work, and you're getting something totally unique, quite expensive.

CUSTOM RULES Custom slots will (generally) be held twice a month.
What colourists will be opening slots, as well as how many and what kind, are at their discretion.
Customs are held in this thread.
Limit is one slot per person per colourist, per month, as well as a maximum of two slots per month.
ie; Person A claims a custom slot from Colourist A; Person A cannot claim another slot from Colourist A until the following month. Person A can, however, claim a slot from Colourist B. However, since Person A has now claimed two slots for that month, they cannot claim slots from any other colourist until the following month. Make sense? =O
Note that bribes don't count toward your monthly count. If a colorist randomly pops into the thread and asks who wants a custom, that wouldn't count toward your limit either.
Re-dos on Commissions: You get two chances. You may ask for changes when a colourist shows you the lines and again when they show you the coloured pet. After that, unless it's something the colourist forgot that was clearly visible in a reference (like a scar) or stated in the form, please don't drive them crazy asking for re-do after re-do.
Time Range on Commissions: After one month (for non-edited pets) or two months (for edited pets), if the commission is not complete, the pet will be considered half price. If something comes up in RL for the colourist and they are unable to meet this time period, you will be notified and the half price rule will not be in effect. Examples of this include someone's tablet breaking, a hiatus, etc.
Once the colourist has confirmed your slot, please follow their instructions on where to post the custom form!
