Usually, Themis was the second arrival to any youma attack. Or, at least, there happened to be someone else with him.
No such luck this time.
And this youma happened to be rather... hungry indeed. It didn't even leave him one second to stand still and unleash his power (which would have been rather effective as it was, given that they were near a rather busy highway). He couldn't call out his attack and move, and the youma forced him to keep on moving, trying to wack at him with it's multiple tails. It roared at the pesky senshi, and then charged once more.

Istas had successfully sneaked out. She looked back at the house before she traveled, roof hopping was out of the question for now... she was still getting use to her new powers and the things the talking cat had taught her.
It was when she came across a youma with multiple tails... she almost whined. Why, why was it always a dinosuar!? She then saw another senshi, not far, and in trouble.
It was a pastel yellow and blue clad senshi that appeared behind and off to the left of Themis, "I'm Here to Comfort you! Sailor Chibi Hugbell!" She called not thinking that it might've been a bad idea to do so.

...Wha ?!
Okay, this hasn't been the kind of backup he'd been hoping for. This senshi was what, eight ?! What the hell ?!
There was no way in hell he was going to use a child as a distraction to pull off his attack. "You stay back !" He told her. "I don't want you to get hu-"
The youma used the coated senshi's distraction to whip him with one of it's many tails, sending him flying right into a nearby building. And then, finally, it spotted the child. Were senshi more delicious when they were young and tender, the beast seemed to ponder as it's opened its maw to reveal too many rows of sharp, white teeth.

Istas's eyes widened as Themis yelled stay back, "OHH WATCH OUT!" She called as he was knocked away, and then....
She saw it change directions. "OH NO!" She cried as she started running. A mattress sized teddy bear wouldn't be of any help today. At least.... not yet. She was trying to find someplace to go so she could get up higher than the youma. The only way up was buildings or trees.... She started running panicked.

He'd hit the building hard, but once more, Themis had been rather lucky in his misfortune, in that nothing broke. He was hurting like a b***h, but nothing seemed broke.
Which was good, because now Hugbell was the youma's new victim. He worked himself on his feet again, doing his best to ignore the protesting of his body. There was no way in hell he would leave the child to fend for herself alone. It was part protectiveness, and part pride.
"HEY, DIPSHIT !" He had no choice now. Hugbell had, indeed, became his distraction, as he rose his arm in the air. "THEMIS NOISE AMPLIFICATION !" Thankfully, the large youma didn't move all that fast... and was caught in his area of effect as it expanded. The beast let out a startled scream, failing as if confused as to where this horrible mismatch of sound was coming from.
"THAT'S RIGHT, STUPID." He continued to scream, his voice amplified by his own attack. He was feeling the drain already. "COME BACK HERE AND FIGHT ME."
And then he moved, and the youma roared again - but this time, Themis' fist collided right at the base of it's neck. The most important thing that was Hugbell had time to get away.
Thankfully, youma were stupid. It had completely forgotten about the child, and his target was, once again, Themis.

Hugbell had managed to make it to the stairs her hands over her ears. He was loud, like really loud. She turned to watch for a second as she saw him charge the Youma. "Oh...."
Hugbell sprang into action moving as quickly as she could up two flights of stairs and threw her teddy bear, where she thought poor Themis would end up. She stood and watched a second, "TEDDY COMFY CATCHES!" She called hoping that the matress sized Teddy bear would be of use to Themis.
Hopefully he wouldn't be too hurt if he landed on the ground instead of the mattress-bear.

Hugbell had an amazing amount of foresight - at least, more than Themis seemed to have. Because, indeed, Sailor Themis was once more tailwipped and sent flying.
This was really, really getting old, the senshi of noise couldn't help but think.
however, instead of ending with a face full of wall, he ended up with a face full of... giant teddy bear ? Sure enough, he looked up and there was Hugbell - he rose his hand and gave her a tumb-up. "Nice catch !"
It was important to praise children when they did awesome things, right ? Themis was certain not letting his face get caved in counted as an awesome thing.
He couldn't tarry with that train of thought - the youma was moving toward him again, and he got off the bear just as it started shrinking. He took it and threw it back up for Hugbell to catch. "Okay, im going to call out my attack again." He warned her, this time. "When I do, I need you to start screaming as loud as you can. Alright ?" It was the only thing he could think of. Punching it didn't work.

Hugbell caught the bear and blushed. "Thanks! I was afraid you'd miss..." She shifting on her feet. It was the last thing she needed to do was see the poor senshi end up with his face marred from landing into a brick wall.
She paused, "Alright!" She called and nodded, that should be easy enough to do. She cleared her throat waiting for him to call out so she could start screaming. Thing was, kids had one of those pitches that was annoying, and the fact he used scream instead of yell kinda indicated to her that the annoying pitch was needed.

Kids indeed had that annoying screeching to their screaming. And this was exactly what Themis was counting on.
"Alright." He answered, and then rose his hand back, pointing to the sky. "Themis Noise Amplification !"
What he really hoped would happen would that the youma would reveal it's weak point during it's confusion and it's trashing about.

Hugbell took a deep breath before starting to scream at the youma. It was in a way more of a wail, and with the amplification it might not be far fetched to think a few windows might break.
Hugbell hoped this was helping as she screamed at the youma, it also sorta hurt her throat to do this. She'd need a juice box after as a reward.

Okay, this was perhaps the first time that he was truly glad that he was immune to his own power. That couldn't be good for anyone, and he winced out of principle. He felt almost sorry for the youma.
Almost. It had thrown him around like a ragdoll twice, after all.
And if it's reaction was accurate, it was every bit as atrocious as it looked - the youma howled, and wailed, trying to find a way to make this stop, to no avail.
Oh, come the ******** on. He couldn't hold this for too much longer, he knew it. He'd already used his attack once, and his legs were starting to feel like jelly. This was the sure-fire sign that this needed to be ended quickly.
The youma shrieked, and something shone at the base of it's thoat. That...
He had no choice. He let it all go, and dashed to hit it the strongest he could, and... got a face full of youma dust for his trouble.
Themis coughed, and then he tripped over and fell flat on his a**. Superb ending there.

Hugbell had to take a breath for a second before she continued to scream. It was starting to really hurt her throat and when she felt the energy disappear that felt bad she stopped and noticed the window beside her looked like it was sorta cracked.... huh...
She looked down to see the youma dust... interesting. She jumped down from her perch and landed on her feet. Which was pretty cool. "Can we get some juice now?" She asked her voice sounded slightly horse from the screaming.

"That might not be a bad idea." And food. Yes. Apparently using his power too much made him hungry. How strange. But then, this whole senshi buisness was strange. Themis didn't really bother to ask himself many questions such as these anymore.
There was just no logical answer to 'how the hell am I using myself as a giant amp'. Magic was not a logical answer.
He tried to get up again, and the world spun around him. "Just... give me a minute ?" He said, offering her a smile. "You... did good, Hugbell. Thanks for the help."

She watched him as he sat back down, he looked worn down. "Sure!" She said with a smile, her throat still hurt. So while waiting for him she sat beside him.
"Thank you, your attack makes my throat hurt." She said with a giggle. It was true though, all that screaming made her not want to do that again anytime soon.

He couldn't help but smile at all. "Sorry." He apologized. At least, he felt like it should apologize. "It just makes me even more tired when I have to do the screaming myself." As if she hadn't noticed already.
After a few minutes, he was able to get up without the world spinning around him - he was a little wobbly on his feet, but he could manage from there. "Juice, then ?"
