What have you done to help the guild's development?

Well I was here since the beginning. I actually helped Tsubaka pick out the name, most of the systems of the guild, and the crew members.

What are your plans for the future of the guild?

I plan on making more innovative systems for the people so that they can have a fun time. I'm a very different kind of guild captain. I always do my part in the crew subforum but I also try to keep in touch with the members of the guild so that I remain on a friendly basis with them. As guild captain I would make sure everyone is doing there job and things are running smoothly. As soon as I'm done with that, I would focus my effort on getting more members to join the guild.

What do you think of the other candidates?

I think that I have some rather worthy competitors. Each and everyone of them seem like they care about the guild very much and would want nothing more then to help. I will not slander my opponents but I will say that they may lack some of the experience I have with being a guild captain.

What experience do you have that qualifies you for this position?

Good question. I've been in crew for over ten different guilds. Also as some of you may know, I am the owner of Lords and Legions. Some people may notice that that guild isn't active anymore. The reason being that I'm taking it to the next level due to it's success. Lords and Legions will be it's own website very soon once some financial complications are cleared up. Though I am not perfect. I actually do have a life so I can't be on Gaia 24/7 which will sometimes lead to me not being active some times, but as a responsible leader, I know how to delegate tasks appropriately so the guild can still run should I happen to be absent for some reason or another.

What is your vision of an ideal guild?

Hmm...well the ideal guild is one in which the members feel welcome and content. That involves having a crew that is constantly attending to customer service and coming up with new ideas. Also making it so that the members have control over their character is great. The stats help with that because people grow and become stronger. Hard workers and people who are really dedicated to this guild get the chance to become strong. Spontaneous entertainment is key in an ideal guild. I want to make sure members can not and will not ever be able to predict what is going to happen next.

Do you contribute often in the crew subforum?

Of course. A lot of the threads there were created by yours truly. I always try my best to come up with new concepts so that the people of the guild will have fun. That's what it's all about isn't it?

What do you think of the Free Agency idea? Can you explain it to us? How will it effect me as a RPer?

This is one of the most ingenious ideas if you ask me but people who do not understand it may not think so. I will say to you all what I've said in to the crew in the crew forum. We're not gonna have a list of people and basically say "get'cho a** to this village" because that wouldn't be fun and it'd be lame. With this new system, players can actually 'speak' with the kages so that the players can decide if they want the village, and the kages can decide if they want the players. With the old system, all we was doin was saying 'this village is closed' and 'this village is open' which is stupid and boring. At least with this new system, players ask the kage different questions like 'whats the story arc in your village', 'do you need any medics', do you have what i'm looking for', or 'would i just be sitting here doing nothing'. By using this new system, we open a lot of doors for people and we'd make sure they're in a village they would like to be in. Thats basically what the Free Agency is. It keeps the Kage and the player interactive with each other so that both side's needs are met in an efficient manner.

Can you tell us what you plan on doing if your elected?

If elected I will be putting the Free Agency in motion. I will continue with the same policies that are working and improve upon things that turn out to be failing. After making sure all of the systems are functioning and people are happy, I'd begin promoting the guild to attract new members.

What are some of the ideas that you have had that are in effect now?

Ahaha there's way too many to name. Remember I've been dumping ideas here for a while. I assisted with crafting the stat system, I made it so members can apply to be crew, I came up with the name, I helped Tsubaka decide who should be in the original crew, I suggested a currency system, I came up with the database for the stats, and I probably left off something off but that's all I can think of right now.

Question about the whole free agency thing; if we are already a part of a village does that mean we will pulled out and forced to undergo it or would it be more of say a voluntary thing if we are already happy with our current villages? How exactly would this system work out if say the kages aren't quite as active as need be, could say a high ranked shinobi in that village act as a sort of stand in for the kage? (if the kage gave said ninja permission of course)

We're not gonna pull you out of your village but if you feel like you'd like to try it out and see if you can get a better offer you are more then welcomed to do so.

In the event that a Kage is on hiatus for one reason or another then a trusted Sannin ranked member of the same village could stand in. Though the general consensus is that each and everyone of our Kages will be active and responsible. If not then they run the risk of losing their positions.

well Mistah... It's your turn.

How are you planning to sponsor not so famous clans such as the customs or the Yamanaka clan?

How will you change the not so used ninja classes such as pupept masters and genjutsu masters?

Will you add Don's only creatures? ( Similar to the winged angles in Nur)

How are you planning to sponsor not so famous clans such as the customs or the Yamanaka clan?

Thats a good question. I actually have a history of editing and making bloodlines popular. Not sure if you've noticed the Anigan in POTS but I was the only member of it when I joined and no one looked twice at it. That's when I began editing it and changed it so that it was more effective and that's when it started getting attention. At one time Gregar had PM'd me because he thought that I was inviting my friends to join the guild so that they could have the Anigan (I wasn't though). So in a nutshell, I will find ways to make those bloodlines more effective so that people will want to join it and we're have more diversity.

How will you change the not so used ninja classes such as puppet masters and genjutsu masters?

It's odd. I honestly don't see why these two things aren't used but if you didn't know, I'm the one who came up with the 3 Tiers system. The way I keep these things interesting is by making sure each of the primary tiers are unique and separate from the others. However the Free Agency System is one way to help out with that. Kages will want diversity in their village and will more then likely offer to the tiers that are low in supply better bribes which would benefit people who choose to master those types.

Will you add Don's only creatures? ( Similar to the winged angles in Nur)

Umm I will definitely not be using the angels from NUR but I have actually brought up the use of lesser demons in this guild in the crew subforum. Things that might be used here would be like the Zero-tails, Leviathan, Ameratsu(the fire fox) maybe a giant worm or something too.

Training is always boring. Do you have any plans on changing that into something interesting?

Oh you bet. Both here and in POTS (and every other naruto guild I've been in) I've been working to come up with a better way of training. I've come up with a system for improving upon jutsu and mastering it. Also I'm working on a system for using items for learning, like how Naruto used the balloons to learn the rasengan. I know how dreadful training can be so I'm constantly working on ways to improve on it. One of my ideas is already being pushed forward here which is the improving and learning jutsu. I think I'm closer then I've ever been to fixing this problem, so you can rest assured that something can and will be done about it.

I see...

Pretty interesting, I would like to see your work with a few bloodlines xD

And with that explanation, you changed the way I look at the Free Agency... It's pretty useful.

To be truthful, you where the one I was less gonna vote for, now you're at the top XD

But Nerd and Hinote are still pretty good.

Next questions

Are the arcs gonna revolve solely with the Akatsuki and the beasts or will they also be revolving among specific villages and such?
How will people obtain the bloodlines?

Will we eventually see the Rinnegan running around?

What do you think about Nerd's Npc idea?

Now When you say lesser demons, do you care to go in depth? Will these be open to anyone?

And now for the auto rank situation, how do you want this system to be "fixed?" WIll we all be losing our auto ranks and be forced to rework for each of them? And what will happen to the demons now that we know most of them are going to be inactive?

((I had to move this question to the top)) What do you think of Nerd's NPC Idea?

That's...actually not his idea. That NPC System is something that I've come up with in my guild, L&L and he "adopted" to use here. Though in truth, both Hinote and I have been coming up with ways to make this system work in this guild. Hinote already has a few NPCs and scenarios lined up if I'm not mistaken, as do I.

Are the arcs gonna revolve solely with the Akatsuki and the beasts or will they also be revolving among specific villages and such?

No, things aren't going to revolve around Akatsuki and the beasts. That would be boring and very predictable. To be truthful, if I'm elected the Akatsuki's goal isn't going to be to extract the demons at all. It will still have something to do with using the hosts a bit but will be more towards affecting the whole village which I find more important since it will involve more people in the RP. Though before the Akatsuki even arise I plan on letting each village run into their own problems, just like they did in the series.

How will people obtain the bloodlines?

Ultimately, I'd leave it to the RPer to decide. If they want to just be born with it though they would need to do an RP Sample. There's really no way around that sweatdrop . Though if they gain it through RP, like via transplant, I won't have any complaints.

Will we eventually see the Rinnegan running around?

Not likely...if anything you might see something worse and more entertaining.

And btw, I'm glad that they way I answered my questions has moved me to the top of your list ^_^

Now When you say lesser demons, do you care to go in depth? Will these be open to anyone?

Umm alright...I'll try to go in-depth as possible without giving everything away. Some of these lesser demons are going to be chakra entities like the Bijuu, meaning they can be sealed and used by people just like the tailed beast if caught. Other lesser demons are just gonna be monstrous beings that will attack and kill (yes kill) people in the villages.

And now for the auto rank situation, how do you want this system to be "fixed?" WIll we all be losing our auto ranks and be forced to rework for each of them? And what will happen to the demons now that we know most of them are going to be inactive?

Well for that, basically people who didn't deserve auto-ranks are the only ones in trouble. Not everyone will be losing their auto-ranks. It will be up to whoever gave you the auto-rank. Demons are still going to be here though so I don't know what you mean by inactive. And the demons will be held in the same regard as the autoranks. If you didn't deserve it then you won't have it. Though I don't think the demon hosts who are selected already will have problems though since all of the ones I seen were done pretty well.

I was asking about the demons in regards to those who applied for them going in active
