The winter night is cold with a slight snow sprinkling down on the streets. It is well past midnight so everyone is in bed sleeping. Most stores are closed except for the few 24 hour fast food restaurants and the hospital. But there is one person. One small boy walking down the street.

His name is Zane. His cheeks are slightly pink and his hands are in his pants pockets trying to keep warm. Zane is only wearing a thin button up shirt and a torn up pair of jeans. Zane's shoes are a pair of beaten up black converse. The shoes do not provide any warmth from the slush and snow on the ground. His hair hangs in his eyes as he walks down the street.

"God... It's so freakin cold..." He sighs and his stomach grumbles. Zane's hadn't eaten anything in the last few days. He has been eating snow to tree to get some water in his system. He needed to find some place warm for the night so he could get at least a little bit of rest before he will shovel driveways tomorrow. That's how he made his money which wasn't even enough to feed him.

Zane walks on the path to the park. There was a few inches of snow on the path and it made it hard to move his toes in his now frozen shoes. Zane walks up the stairs in the play ground and sits under the small gazebo roof to protect himself from the snow.

Walking along the Dark streets, Trying to find a signal, Crash stops, He gives up, knowing that noone is waiting for him at home. Brushing the snow off his tight black leather jacket he sighed. "Christmas, Alone, Yet again."

Looking Up he noticed a small dark figure, Sitting under a Gazebo. Walking over He begin to ask. "Hey! What are you..."
his voiced trailed as he noticed the Figures Distinct features, Noticing the pale look in the males eyes. He rushed taking of his jacket and placed it carefully over him.

"I'm Crash... What are you doing out here?....You look like you haven't ate for days!... You're shivering, come here." Wrapping his arms carefully around the boy, trying to warm him up, he sat, wondering if he would be alone after all.

Smiling, Politely he pulls Zane a little closer. "Hey, I might have something." Pulling out a Sandwich wrapped in silver foil. "I forgot about it earlier. Eat it, You look like you need it more than me." Nading over the sandwich he smiled. His heart pounding Thinking. 'What am I doing?'
He Smiled at Zane, watching him as he ate. Where had he seen Zane before?.... For some Reason. Being Around him, felt familiar.

Smiling back "Nice Name, I'm Crash So, how did you, End up in this state, It's Christmas, Bright lights, Big city, Why are you alone alone?" -Cuddling him closer, Beginning to feel the cold he notices Zane blushing, He reaches over and kisses him gently on the cheek, "Hey, You need to warm up."

Shaking his head, he chuckled. "Nope. Just me." He laughed a little, and looked at the floor, pain filled his eyes, as he reminisced. "Well, We need to get you out of the cold soon. Come back to my place? You look like you need a hot drink."

"I have been alone, for a long time, My parents kicked me out when they found out i was...., Heh...Thats a story for another time." He looked at zane, and smiled, "Maybe us two loners, could spend christmas together, I mean, only if you want to."

His heart filled with warmth, Finally, Someone who wanted to spend time with him. Seeing the smile on Zane's face made him feel warm inside.

Taking him by the hand, he began to walk down the cold Dark Streets with Zane. As, The Place was dark he could feel Zane Hold onto Crash's hand tighter. Crash Pulled him closer, Comforting him, as they walked through the cold dark streets, back to Crash's

Sensing Zane Was Scared he pulled him onto his back, into a piggy back. "Don't worry, I am here." His heart racing, he didn't want Zane to feel scared.
When they Reached Crash's flat, he lay zane down on the sofa and gently held him close. "The truth is, My parents kicked me out when they found out i was gay." He smiled, leaving Zane, he walked into the kitchen,
