Can he be frowning? Like the war horse

Hair/clothing edits: Ok so around his neck is a necklace of chains like in the ref pic.He has a belt around his mouth that is black with studs on it the buckle is silver.He has those Legwarmers shown in the picture on his front right leg and back left leg the colors are black and white.He has three earrings on one ear two are gold one is sliver.He has a belt going around one of his back legs like that wolf to.That belt is also black with a sliver buckle but no studs.and if possible can he have a golden nose ring? On the legs without Leg warmers the front left one has a spikes bracelets and like belts/bands going up the leg.On the back right leg is a cuff with a small broken chain on it.

Description:

Body: A cream color with white natural markings, CC, but there should be patches of his coat that are dark and gnarly like they're infected with plague -- especially going down his legs. I would especially like some plague on his face, around his eye or something -- very visible and apparent that this a horse who has some kind of sickness appearing on his body.
Hair color: White
Hair style: Ragged and unkempt, but falling mostly straight for the mane and the tail. CC on the exact style, and though I don't want it trailing along the floor, I'd like to have it at least be medium length.
Eyes: Brown
Wings: Cream colored like the body, but with the edges of the wings blackened and whatnot. Wing style two, please!
Expression: Solemn, not the usual smiling face that you would see on the male base.
Accessories: A long wrap scarf, one that goes around his neck and over his head a bit. You should still be able to see his face, and his mane should be poking through it in a messy sort of way. The scarf should look a bit ragged and dirty, maybe even a little gross (this horse is the theme of plague).

Bandaging going up his legs, not the trading post kind -- it should be a bit uneven and haphazard, showing that his legs are mostly covered in plague, because it is peeking through the bandaging. The bandages shouldn't be pristine and pretty, either.

Mostly, I'm looking for you to have fun with the theme! The markings, exact placement of the plague damage, exactly how the sash falls, all of that are up to you. I prefer Soq that are more simplistic when it comes to edits and whatnot, and since Angeni wings are so big, I'd really like for him to not look overdone. c:
