Description:
Canon Jutsu Lists were updated with the recent release. All are (null rank), but only learnable at the highest of positions until otherwise discussed. Associated limitations that are italicised on each jutsu will remain for the time being.
• Fuuinjutsu
___○ Keiyaku Fuuin (it deals with snatching Kuchiyose contracts)

• Maruton: Ishibari
___○ Chakra wire is established, akin to chakra kunai. This also insists that chakra metal is easily available to Special Jounin & higher ranks, as opposed to the previous Jounin+.
