That is why I changed my name to Melody. Evangeline, my original name, became my middle name. I want start my own music company, tour the country with a band and help them climb to the top of the charts. I joined the Life and Death Brigade when I was 19, and have loved every second of it. I love the freedom and adventure! I've lived a very privileged and pampered life. My mother and father were both rich before they married, but their combined wealth made for a very comfortable lifestyle for me. I am the youngest child in my family, and the only daughter of my father, the heir to a staggering fortune from old money made by my great great grandfather building railroads. My mother has two other children from the marriage that made her wealthy. I hate both my parents. They never gave me the freedom I needed and always pushed me to be a lady. I ran away once I turned 21 and received my trust fund. My parent's aren't happy but that doesn't stop the legal binding of blood, so I still get my share of the wealth.
