Dozens of small, cramped, single-person cells line the walls along the prison. The lights here are dim and the slightest sound echoes endlessly down the halls. Behind a second hallway and a pair barricade doors lies the dreaded solitary confinement rooms where sensory deprivation is applied to the most bothersome of incarcerated.
