Terra -> Mourning Meadow
The Mourning MeadowFar beyond the deserts, in the opposite direction from the mountains, there lays a hilly region separated by a great chasm. There are various trees spread throughout though unlike the forest they are much more sparse and eye-catching. Instead of seemingly impossibly tall oaks and maples, there are Willows and Cherry Blossoms. Flowers paint the field in hues of blue, yellow, and red, and the green of the grass almost seems to outshine it all. A small grouping of Lilacs near the middle send their scent up on the air, and just beside that is a hill that overlooks the rest; it raises up gradually on all sides but one, where that side is a cliff face overlooking a river below. The mightiest of Willows stands proudly on the hill and the local wildlife keeps off its grasses. Mourning Meadow There is currently no alert for this area.

*A great chasm passing under them separating the desert and a meadow, Koth brought his underling through and above the unexplored land. All here seemed to be at peace and in blossom, with naught a harmful living being in sight*

 Goosie lifted her gaze, peering down at the majestic new region. The wind continued to whip her hair around as she got momentarily lost in the sights, clutching her arms around the dragon's neck and staring with widened eyes. '...It's beautiful.' The blonde finally whispered, the sadder things they'd been discussing forgotten in light of the view.

*Koth began a descent, deciding her reaction good enough reason to check things out from the ground. His aim was toward the big hill, and they drew near to it quickly*

'O-okay!' She held on tighter as they started to glide down, her tummy flip flopping from the drop in altitude all over again. Goosie closed her eyes when it started to get a bit scary for her.

*With a few mighty flaps more, he countered the fall and landed softly upright, taking a knee to let Goosie down. Before them was the great willow, random yet exotic breeds of flower, and the cliffface overlooking the vast meadow*

She clambered down from his back, steadying herself against his arm before separating to slowly approach the willow. 'It's so pretty...' Goosie said quietly, reaching out to lightly touch one of the long branches as it swayed in the gentle breeze.

'Nothing tried to kill me in the lake.' Goosie pointed out, parting some of the branches to explore the willow more, and then becoming obscured by them as she ventured toward the great tree's trunk.

*He turned back and moved toward her, getting lost in the weeping branches of the willow as well*

The girl turned back to him, watching Koth approach through the swaying branches. She gave him a curious look, waiting by the center of the tree.

She looked torn between being disturbed and laughing, finally settling on furrowing her brow at him and giggling. 'Um, no. Is something like, on your mind...? I already knew you weren't exactly a um, emotional kind of...guy.'
