Nox stretched and made his way to towards the den. He had spent a very lovely afternoon sleeping under the shade of a tree. He was getting very good at being lazy, his mother was good and he knew that if he stayed clear of his grandmother he would get away with lounging about. He had heard stories of how his grandmother had worked his mom, aunts and uncles even when they were only just cubs.
As Nox walked back towards the den he kept his eyes peeled, he didn't want to run into his grandmother or some of his uncles, they would expect him to train. He wasn't in the mood for training he just wanted to go home and see of momma and poppa had brought home anything to eat yet.

Rhea was lying about atop a small boulder close to her den. She was just awakening for a small cat-nap. The sun was beaming down against her dark blue and black pelt. It was nice. It wasn’t too hot, it was actually pretty tepid. She enjoyed it more than usual.
She turned and rolled onto her back and gazed up at the clouds. She saw a few creatures. She saw what she thought was a hare and another that looked like a tree, but to someone else it might look like a blob. Rhea needed some way to pass the time; she was getting hungry so watching the clouds were a good distraction. She giggled and continued to gaze upon the clouds and try to make out objects as clouds passed by.
Rhea wasn't usually one to just lay about acting like a sloth, but today she was usually hungry. Maybe she exerted too much energy the previous day but whatever it was, she felt her stomach gnawing at her for food. Watching the clouds provided a good distraction to her mind from her stomach.

Nox slipped back and forth through the trees keeping his dark purple body to the shadows and he moved. He didn't want to be spotted, in a way one might count his stelth like moves to be training somewhat. He was having fun slipping in an out of the shadows hiding behind trees when ever he saw something move, even if it was just the wind moving a blade of grass.
He was getting close to the den and came towards a bunch of rocks. Thats when he spotted her. His twin sister, the young cub smiled, he was quite fond of his twin, he felt that it made them very special, they looked exactly alike but for their sexes. He shrunk down and stuck his butt up in the air and gave it a good shake. He bagan to run towards her and lept up into the air towards his sister.

Rhea closed her eyes and took in the smell of the air, it was so relaxing. The sound of nature was just pleasing. She opened her eyes and gazed at the clouds. "This isnt so bad." Rhea said out loud to herself. She actually enjoyed the nature around her. It was soothing, maybe she'd do this more often. Maybe she'd make it her relaxation time for the day; or maybe she'd just do it when she felt like being lazy. For a second though it made her forget that she was hungry.
Rhea looked up at the clouds, she saw some funny shaped clouds. She giggled and she saw one that looked like a snake, but what's a snake really, a squiggly line, that didnt count. Did it? Before she could really thing about it to much she saw a shadow cast over her and a flash of dark blue fur.... Oh no.... she though.

Nox giggled as he pounced on his siser, "GOTCHA" he shouted. He was excited that he had landed, he didn't always land well during his pounces but this one had been a great success. "Whacha doing?" he asked sitting down next to his sister on the rock feeling the sun pelt down on his back.
Unlike his sister he had not forgotten about his hunger his stomach rummbled slightly. He wondered if his mother had brought food home, or his father. Someone someone would do hunting. But perhaps his sister had other plans, it would be fun to spend sometime with his sister his tiwn, his other half.

Rhea was taken aback from the pouncing of her brother. Rhea stood up from his brothers nimble attack and began grooming hersself. "I was watching clouds." Her tone was a little disgruntled. She loved her brother but she was relaxing! Rhea sighed.
Athough hjer and her brother were alike in apperence, Rhea felt they were not always alike in there personality. Rhea was mor down to her then her brothe, well at least thats how it seemed sometimes. But he still loved her brother. Even on days like today... He was always great company.

Nox settled himself down next to his sister, turning up he looked at the clouds in the sky. "Mmmm the clouds, they could tell all sorts of stories." as a cub there wasn't much to do in life so watching clouds was all sorts of entertaining.
"I'm sorry I interupted you." he wasn't really all that sorry at least now he wasn't alone Nox hated to be alone. "But now on the plus side we are together now!" he was clearly excited about being with his twin. They were alike, it was fun to look like someone else. If it wasn't for them being different genders they might even be able to trick people.
"What should we do now that we are together Rhea? We don't spend enough time together."

Rhea rolled onto her back and stared up at the clouds. "The clouds just show me funny things." She giggled, she never looked at the clouds the way her brother did it was more of an escape from reality. But she understood what he meant. She glanced over the cloud filled sky and saw many images, one of a fish others less recognizable, but perhaps it looked like something else to her rather than another.
"Don't be sorry." Rhea always enjoyed the company of her twin, she was always closest to him, and they shared a bond no one else did.
Rhea sat up and casually began walking in a circle. "Well, there’s a lot we could do, play tricks on daddy~, watch clouds... or.... there is one more thing~" She paused; she wanted to leave her brother in suspense. She had a plan and wanted to catch him off guard.
"We could play...." She jumped toward him and lightly tapped her paw against his side and shouted... "Tag you’re it!" She hollered before jumping off the small rock and running away for her brother in laughs.

Nox was stunned he hadn't seen what his sister was about to coming. Before he was able to even respond, his sister was up and gone in peals of laughter. "HEY" he shouted climbing to his feet and begining to run after his sister. "I'm going to get you." he called to her.
Nox tried to run after his sister, but of course since he hadn't trained in his short life he was slow and his sister at this moment seemed impossibly fast. But slowly and surely he began to catch up to her, "I'm getting closer" he called to her. He galloped at top speed. Trying every step he took he tried to reach out to touch her. The gap was closing if only he could touch.

Rhea ran as fast as her little legs could take her. She laughed as she ran in circles trying to avoid her brother. "Catch me if you can!" She shouted as she ran. Rhea laughed as she began chainting in a mockingly teasing tone, "You cant catch me, you cant catch me~~~" She smiled, she loved her brother which meant she loved to tease him, but she did it with love so she thought things evened out. She laughed as her brother tried to catch up.
She looked back at her brother to see how close he was. She was shocked to see him literally right up on her tail. When did that happen, was her brother really that fast? She had no where to go...What could she do? She looked around and thats when she leaped to the left in a last minute attempt to avoid her brother...

Nox hadn't seen his sister about to change her course till it was too late. She verred to the left and Nox kept right on running straight. He laughed and slowly stopped and turned around. "Hey!" he called, he sat down huffing and puffing .
"Thats not fair why did you turn?" he whined at his sister. He was tired ow and his stomach was really grumbling the hunger had kicked in fully now. He had forgotten about it while him and his sister was running and playing but now he was really really hungry.
"Lets just go back to the den." Nox called out to her. "I'm hungry and you are too fast." he didn't mind admitting his defeat.

YES!!! It worked just as planned, her brother slide past her. But then her brother becan to complain. Typical but it was all a game and they both were enjoying themselves. Rhea began to feel hungry when her brother mentioned it, she was fine and had forgotten all about it but then he had to go and mention it. "AW! Now im hungry!" She shouted as she made her way to Nox. "Maybe momm and daddy are waiting for us?" She said cheerfully.
A big smerk grew across her face as she stared at the den a short distance away, "Hey, I'll race ya~" She giggled and looked at her brother.
Rhea began to laughed at her brother;"All is fait in a game of tag" she chanted teasingly.

As much as Nox whined he was happy that he and his sister had played and he was a little happier now that he had already. "OKAY" he shouted at the mention of a race he began to run as quickly as he could. He had a feelig his sister would beat him but he was happy none the less.
Nox smiled even more when he saw that his mother was standing outside the den a fresh kill at her feet. His other sisters were already there having dug in. He galloped even faster at the sight of the food. He barely managed to mumble a "thanks mum" before he dug in.
