Hello everyone, iSai Takeshi, has requested so kindly that I place his name up for voting to be a captain. He has been a member for a good while, has rather moderate role playing skills, and can be useful to us in the future of rebuilding activity.
He wishes to take the spot of squad 6, because of the captains inactivity as he stated. I personally say we check out squad 6, because I to have noticed Metalfist has been rather low on activity as well, without much warning. I am not saying we kick him out or anything, but watch him for a few days, unless he posts soon. However if his last login date was about the middle of last month, then we might truly want to think about bumping him off of a captain's seat, and even further think about upgrading members into Captain's seats, and doing things alot faster. We truly do need more Captains, Espada, seated officers, and Arrancar.
This can be one of many steps, but we need votes.

I'd like to see him somewhat active before he's made into a Captain.

Oh, hell ******** to the no. I know I should not be putting personal feelings into a Captains decision, but I can't. Redd and Dakota know why I hate Sai. He is a arrogant b*****d who likes to step all over people, and then take the credit for things he didn't do. I know for a fact that we will loose more members with him as Captain. I know that squad 6 has been inactive, but Metalfist himself said in the guild check in that his internet has been down, and he is on my friends list, so would have seen him on. I don't think Sai should ever be a captain again. He was a part of the biggest downfall of captains and members that we have ever had.

Purple Words Language missy. you throw a far better argument when you haven't blown your top.
Red Words When'd I get into this? Lol
Green Words Frankly, I don't quite give a damn if he's lost his internet connection or not. Point is, he's inactive.
Blue Words Unfortunatly, she's right. He convinced a lot of him a his chummy little friends to quit. However, it wasn't a large loss. He only took a few inactive Captains and an inactive officer.

Ok im on a verge with Dakota and Kage.
Kage is right for inactivity for if his internet is down he can't control on being active it wasn't his fault therefore his spot shouldn't be taken so lightly. But i also agree we need to give him a chance, i say that instead of giving him squad 6 we give him a chance to prove himself like Temp Captain maybe of squad 5 or a Temp espada position that way we can see what he'll do. For if he fails he goes back being the way he was and if he does good give him the spot.

I agree with Roka, a bit.. o.o I don't know what's the whole deal with Sai, and why is everyone like mad with him, or something <_> Metalfist is also friend of mine, and yes, he had had problems with his internet thingy. Sometimes you can't control the backs and forwards of life, and internet c: If you say he caused some troubles before, you should put him to the test with a lower rank (the Espada idea sounds nice :3, but also a Temporal Captainship should do the trick...)

Kage, I have to say that you are keeping a closed mind. It is known for people to change, and only recently did he go to Enshara to apologize for his actions. If we do not give him a chance to prove himself, then we show others that we are closed minded, and only play favorites. I am not one that plays favorites, if anything, I am one that pushes against such things from how simply arrogant, and ignorant such actions are. If anything we would be wise to simply give him a temporary status, see how he preforms, and make our final statement. Now if he had tried before to make attempts of shutting this guild down, then things would be different. In the past he stated his opinions, was attacked verbally for it, lashed out, and then quit. In ways, he personally did not make others quit, but in all reality, we made them quit. I remember clearly the actions that happened. When we had Sai quit from how he was being verbally abused, while doing such to members of this guild, he left, and others followed because they stated he was a main reason for staying within this guild. Now in time about half the people that did quit, returned and became active for a good while until of course like many people, grew bored with the role plays, and eventually died out from us.
So we must either make a reasonable vote of the now by skill, leadership, and actions. Which he is changing, his ability to write is improving, his leadership has always been one I would call rather interesting in people, and his actions are changing for the best. He also knows that because I have put this up in here that I am sticking my neck out for him, as I do for anyone I put up in here for a leadership position. I have done it for members of my own squad, such as Eon, and Ace. I have done such with other members of this guild before as well, each gaining approval, and becoming very well off leaders of this guild. I also would not be in the position of power I have now, and have taken when I ruled this guild, and in my own way still rule this guild if I did not keep my open mind about these situations in which I take belief in.

Alright, now that we've had the beautiful speech from Redd, let's get to the actual voting. Veterans of this forum do know the old Sai, please keep in mind he's changed. Now, since this is a tricky decision, all voting will be done in this style. Skill
Leadership
Actions Skill He does have quite a bit of skill and does not stay on the same old war torn path, or the peaceful trail. I think he has more than enough skill to be Captain.
Leadership Sai was in a way, a great leader. Unlike Redd, calm, cool, collected and never judging until all evidence has been presented. And he's not like my version of leadership where it's mostly tough love and a sincere compliment when you do well. He's got an odd brand that I believe none of the current leaders have, a friendly leadership. Everyone I know, he's tryed to make friends with, and everyone who's been in his squad, he's watched over like a big brother. I honestly think that we need someone like that for leadership. Sai gets an A++ in the field to me.
Actions He's messed up once in my count. I think it would be sick and as Redd said, closed-minded of us to let one thing he did wrong, which wasn't even really his choice, deter him from becoming a Captain. He may've been the main reason why most of the Captains quit, but he did not tell them to quit, his friends chose to go by themselves. If I quit, and a few friends followed, would you blame me for them quiting? The sad fact is some people like to role play with their friends, we can't blame someone for quitting because they feel harrassed. With all this summed up, my vote is a simple yes.

By Decree of Universal hall timer laws, and the fact that this vote has gained a majority of yes, and maybe, Sai is now a temporary captain. He chooses squad 5 in which to gain his temporary seat of power. In a length of 15 to 30 days we return, or go into tinychat to speak of his seat, through his actions, leadership, and from how he has grown into being a better member for srots.

Minus well step into this a little chat, Athena, really I don't give a s**t if you don't like me or not, that's really not my problem. Really, I wasn't the one who had everyone of my "chummy little friends" to quit, really you should blamming Bea, not me. You and Enshara ganged up on her and we ( Kaze, Tosatsu, and myself.) were the one that was offended by that. So I quited, I had said what I had to say to the both of you a long time ago and I am done with it. It is over so please, drop it because that was long ago and I have change. Really, I wanted to stay gone from the guild, but Dakota kindly wanted me back on here. I said I was sorry to Enshara and she has forgiven me. I will ask you on this guild where Dakota, Enshara, and Reddeye can see it. I am very sorry for the dumb things I did. I was childish and I was wrong. If you forgive me I would appreciate that if not that's okay. I know it will take a long time for me to earn yours and Enshara trust, but you have to give me credit. I had to guts to apologize to you and Enshara. I was really going to stop talking to the both of you, but Reddeye told me that I should really stop running away from pointless reason, face-up and apologize to them.

Sai, you forget who promoted you to crew. It was me. I am going to give you an honest chance at becoming a Captain again. I will be critical, and I warn you, If you don't meet up to the standards, I will vote you out, as so it is all of the captains jobs. Right now, you should be concentrating on making a RPC, because as of right now, you cannot post in Role plays to keep yourself active to stay as a Captain.

Great job you two, I'm glad you've worked past your differences to find a peaceful resolution.
Sai, great job maturing. You've come a long way since I've met you.
Kage, great job cooling off. Not sure how to continue this without making it seem like a diss, sorry.
I'm very proud of you both.
Now back to the war front my children...
