What archon says. When it comes to RIGs either sell a lot right when they come out because chances are they will be jacked up in price or wait till it leaves the CS.

srsly depends on the actual items and the CI. in general for the Cirque:
low-tier @ sellback price in MP: sell whenever. they're not going to rise or fall much anyway.
low tier not @ sellback; mid-tier (100k-500k): what Archon/Den said.
high tier prizes: hold onto them for a few weeks for more profit, unless you don't want to take the risk. If not, what Archon said.
